Rubbish
We only used this company again as we can’t find the same carpet anywhere else otherwise I wouldn’t have touched them with a barge pole after the last ridiculous encounter! On that occasion they managed to sell us carpet and then lose three, yes three cuts of that carpet! We eventually had to buy from someone else and find something that closely matched which was nearly twice the price! It took us ages to get our money back and the fact they just ignore your emails and refuse to speak on the phone should speak volumes!
On this occasion they were advertising the carpet we wanted and allowed us to order and pay for that piece of carpet, they then emailed the next day saying they don’t actually have the carpet to sell us!?!? Advertising products they don’t actually have is not a good look! I messaged asking for our money to be returned by end of play today and it has not happened. They are quick enough to take the money for products they don’t stock but giving you your money back is right at the bottom of their list of things to do apparently!!
