Very poor and unresponsive customer support
For you to say "We pride ourselves on great customer service" is a big JOKE. I already used me two emails to reach out to you guys but I still didn't get a response. Technically you respond but you don't have some sense of urgency, can you imagine this issue I have with my client has been running for 1 month now for non payment. NO WONDER ONLINEJOBS IS A PLATFORM WHERE SCAMMERS AND CLIENTS ARE CONFIDENT TO LOW BALL FREELNCERS ON YOUR PLATFORM BECAUSE EVEN YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS LACK OF "SUPPORT"
Edit: Your platform should not be a space where clients feel confident mistreating workers simply because there’s a lack of real support for freelancers. It’s already been a month, yet cases like mine remain unresolved. Deactivating a client’s account doesn’t benefit freelancers at all if there’s no accountability or resolution. Make it make sense.

Olj it's very good when it comes in finding jobs. But I think you should more improve the eTimeproof because sometimes there's a delayed problem
Problem fixed
I had a problem, but quickly resolved by Dan. Thank you for this.
I get delayed payments because payoneer…
I get delayed payments because payoneer keeps on unlinking to OLJ.
Scamming Me Then Ghost Me for 10 Days
Onlinejobs.ph are pretty much scamming me, taking my money, not showing my ads to anyone and ghosting me for 10 days straight!
This has cost me 10 days of my life and tens of thousands of dollars. And some of the most stress of recent months, trying to figure out what's gone wrong.
Could someone from the company get back to me and tell me what on earth is going on, please?

all of my clients are from olj recently…
all of my clients are from olj recently though there is a lot of low baller but it is a matter of communicating with the client if you find one it is not the fault of olj. i have most of my good client here
Site that gets you clients but...
The site is straight forward and is very user friendly.
The only problem is, they allow clients that we haven't worked on to leave a feedback which kind of defeats the whole purpose of building your profile. That kind of feature is not only unfair to freelancers but is quite absurd.
Good Platform for Remote Work
The process was smooth, and I was able to connect with legitimate employers quickly. The platform made it easy to showcase my skills and apply to different opportunities.
They provide a safe and organized space for both job seekers and employers. I like how they verify accounts and make communication direct, which helps build trust.
My Honest Review of OnlineJobsph
I’ve been using OnlineJobs.ph for over 6 years now, and it has truly been life-changing. What I love most is that it’s completely free for Filipino job seekers, and we have the freedom to apply to all kinds of clients and job opportunities—no limits, no hidden fees. That kind of accessibility is rare and empowering!
However, I hope there can be improvements on two key things:
1. Client Budget Filters or Minimum Rate Standards – While there are many great clients, there are also some low-ballers offering very minimal pay. It would really help if there’s a built-in feature that ensures a minimum rate per job post—like $5 or $10 per hour. That way, Filipino workers can better cope with living costs and feel more fairly compensated.
2. TimeTracker Compatibility – I also wish the TimeTracker tool would work better with MacBooks. I tried installing it on mine (MacBook 1), but unfortunately, it didn’t work. A more MacBook-friendly version would make time tracking smoother for many of us.
Despite these small issues, I’m incredibly thankful for OnlineJobs.ph. It opened up so many doors for me and countless others. I’m proud to be part of this platform, and I’ll always be grateful it exists for Filipinos looking to thrive in the online job world. 🙏💻🇵🇭
"Great Remote Opportunity with Strong Support"
My experience with this online job has been very positive. The flexibility to work remotely has allowed me to manage my time more effectively and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Communication with the team has been smooth, and expectations are always clearly outlined, which helps me stay productive and confident in my role.
What stands out most is how well the company supports its remote workers. Whether it’s through prompt responses, organized training materials, or regular check-ins, it’s clear they value their freelancers. The platform is also user-friendly and reliable, which makes it easy to stay on top of tasks.
Overall, I appreciate the professionalism, structure, and support — it’s made working online feel both secure and rewarding.

Terrible Support, Unprofessional Threats
This review addresses the support and customer service of the platform, not the platform or job opportunities themselves.
I encountered an issue where I couldn't read my messages, and promptly emailed support for assistance. While replies were timely, the main problem was that some assigned CSRs did not review previous correspondence and repeatedly asked for details I had already provided. This was incredibly frustrating.
In response, I admit I used a frustrated tone, words that can be hurtful to their ego, emphasizing their work ethic, employing bold text and capital letters to emphasize my points. My intention was not to be impolite, but to ensure my message was clearly understood and to highlight that I had already sent the information.
When I communicated my frustration, a representative named Dan replied with a threat to ban me from the platform because I was "unprofessional". Please don't mistake my frustration for a lack of professionalism. Threatening to ban a user is far more unethical. You're implying that my frustration here reflects how I treat clients and bosses, yet you know nothing about my work ethic. What gives you the right to make such an assumption about someone you don't even know? Are you a fortuneteller? Do you have a crystal ball that foretells how I work with clients? You take your prediction (assumption) as a fact, even though it’s unrealistic.
Isn't threatening someone also unprofessional? Have you even looked at how employers are describing their experiences with your platform?
As I told him, his actions would lead to an honest review detailing the repetitive back-and-forth exchanges, including requests for technical information that should be handled by their developers. As a user, I emailed exactly what I am experiencing because I lacked the technical understanding to diagnose the issue; it is the platform's system, and they should have a better grasp of its problems, not asking me for codes or whatever technical information that I do not know.
Since the issue remained unresolved beyond 24 hours, I requested that all my data be deleted from their system, as I will no longer be using the platform.

Incredibly limited for serious teams
Incredibly limited for serious teams. They are too limited when compared to other platforms. They do, for example, not allow personality tests. I would understand not allowing free samples or free trials since people abuse this, but not even personality and other basic, very generic tests which provide no advantage to the employer whatsoever.
On top of this to just block your account if you do this, so your whole workflow is blocked, other platforms would just take the posting down, but they block your whole account.
Not a reliable platform if you have any form of serious checking of employees.
Probably an okay place for freelancers, but if you are a company looking to find a place you can find serious candidates, long-term, I would advise going with one of the many other platforms on which I never had a similar experience.
If my experience changes I will update this review.

A lot of opportunities. The points are easy to recharge. More freelancer-friendly.
It can be better by removing from the search list those closed job posts, and also details about the client so VAs could avoid scams and such.
Thank you for your platform. Most of my clients came from here.
