You are correct in that your refund request was denied. Onlinejobs.ph has a 30 day money back guarantee period, shown at www.onlinejobs.ph/money-back-guarantee. However, it clearly states that we only allow one refund per customer. Titas Kaupas, has created over 19 accounts and has requested a refund on all of them, in an attempt to circumvent our one refund per customer policy and essentially defraud our company by never paying for the service.

OnlineJob has gone downhill, my contact information has been leaked, I have been spammed by candidates not on the platform, people from other countries have obtained my contact information and the company has accused me of fraud.
SPAM: When attempting to hire for accounting and bookkeeping VA's on the OnlineJobs platform, within a few days of posting the job, I received the normal applicant summary email from the Online Jobs platform as expected, but I also started receiving direct mail from dozens of applicants from India claiming they wished to apply. After interviewing a couple of them unknowingly, I realised they had the same limited information, but said they could do the work. However, they could not answer the verification question I had asked in my job post. Block them if this happens, because they keep emailing every few days.
FRAUD: Each user on Online Jobs has the ability to create an affiliate link to introduce paying customers. This is standard for most online businesses today to grow their platform by tapping into your personal network of contacts. However, Online Jobs will not pay you for introducing paying customers from your network. They hold the money and only pay for introductions you make to their platform from people you don't know... how that makes sense I don't know? When trying to claim the money the Online Jobs website states I have earned, they accused me of Fraud.
Be warned people, stick to websites like Upwork or a more reputable platform with greater data security and who will reward you for your referrals.
Alternatively, if you can't afford the subscription, there are now large Facebook Groups of Philippines candidates looking for work.

Spam: I'm sorry to hear that you were receiving spam from Indian workers. Yes, we do not allow Indian workers on our site. Most likely your contact details were not leaked from our site though. If you have a public job post that contains your name, business name, etc, these types of workers will search your business name or contact name and if your email is found (like, on your business website or linked in profile), they will contact you directly. We normally recommend that you do not post contact information in your job post description.
This can happen with ANY job post board (facebook groups, upwork, etc).
Fraud:
Nearly all affiliate programs do not pay commissions on self signups. I.e., you can't use your own affiliate link to pay for a product in an effort to receive a discount by getting commission on your own signup. As I explained to you in your email to us, your affiliate account only had one signup. Our system showed that the same IP and computer clicked your affiliate link from your first account (from seoflow.eu), signed up and paid for the subscription for the second account, and then Clinton Fisher of seoflow.eu continued to use the signed up account.
I believe that this review was simply made in an attempt at retaliation since he was frustrated that he was caught with attempting to receive self signup commissions.
This website has way too many illegal activities
I'm writing this review out of frustration and concern with OnlineJobs. ph's unprofessional actions and activities. They lack transparency regarding registered and verified applicants. It appears that profile information like how many times you edit account details, and how many jobs you have applied to are shared with registered employers without candidates being fully informed or giving explicit consent, which raises questions about data privacy.
When you create a profile, your profile's login records, personal activities, integrity, and confidentiality are at risk with any and every other employer. They even show them how many and who you interacted with. I have evidence to support this claim.
Stay away from this horrible company.

I want to be clear that OnlineJobs.ph strictly does not disclose or sell private information of workers that have registered on this site. All personal confidential data is never disclosed, such as IDs, phone number, email, address, etc. We do have a Data background check service here which is disclosed publicly -> https://www.onlinejobs.ph/background-data-check, which is what I believe you are referring to with your comment. That page obfuscates all private data, but does give how many times an account has edited their profile or applied to a job, but only gives a number. It does NOT show what jobs were applied to or other personal data. It gives employers only an indication of how active a worker profile is on our site. You can rest assured that your private information is not sold to any 3rd party and your private identification data is kept secure.
This platform is good for those Filipino who wants to find an online job whether part-time or full-time.
It's good for those who need an online job.

Unresponsive CSR
I have been sending them an email about the verification purposes, and none of them gave me the best results, and they are very unresponsive; they never replied to your first email unless you send another email for follow-up. For just simple verification purposes, it took me 2 months to get nonsense and automated and scripted answers.

Kevin, I did look at your profile and email conversations with us. I am sorry that your initial September 25th email was not answered, though I show our verification team emailed you on September 27th stating clear instructions that you needed to submit a photo of you holding your ID, which you did not follow those instructions several times. That is what caused the delay with your account verification (failure to follow the instructions on submitting ID). The 2 months is a gross exaggeration on your review however. We will look into how to better improve our customer support communication though .
Used to be great, Now a laughable platform
From intruding employee privacy by letting premium subscribers know your IP address to lowballing the price rates to an outrageous amount. OnlineJobs used to be a great platform to look for a remote job but corporate greed got to them by doing very sly deeds.

We do not require job posts to have minimum pricing, just as we do not set salary maximums on worker profiles. If a salary is too low, workers should not apply to those jobs and naturally employers will raise prices. We have never changed that policy. For data background checks we do show an obfuscated IP address (like 172.3.xxx.xxx) that proves whether the worker is in the Philippines or not, to help remove any workers from other countries (like India for example). We are trying to be the best and safest online job posting board for Philippine workers and try very hard to do so.

A lot of employers are low-balling Filipino virtual assistants! Imagine some offer $1-$2/hour?! That's pretty insane. How come Onlinejobs allow that?

OnlineJobs.ph has been a great platform for me as an IT Specialist. It's easy to use, and I’ve been able to find clients who value my skills in IT and app development. The variety of job opportunities is impressive, and the hiring process is smooth.
One thing that could be better is adding more advanced filters to make finding specific jobs easier. But overall, it's been a solid platform for growing my freelance career and connecting with the right clients.

The candidates are not good at all they spam me with unqualified applicants, I couldnt use them because they were expecting me to pay them $200 per and told me that how the post said on the side
All the candidates that I interviewed want to negotiate a salary

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that you were not able to find workers for your company, as I truly believe that there are many excellent workers here. Though you are correct...we do have a full 30 day money back guarantee period but as stated on our site, we only allow one refund per customer. You received a refund earlier this year so signing up again and requesting another refund would not be covered.
