I ordered copies of Title, received a phone call within 30 minutes to check if I ordered correctly. I had not, this was rectified and the documents received within 2 hours. Excellent service.

Don’t waste your money!
They have no connection to the official Government Land Registry. Don’t bother wasting your money. I didn’t receive the correct property information and was refused a refund. Completely useless!!

Terrible service - Don't use these people as they are not part of Land Registry, just a hand off to a 3rd party
Terrible service. I was trying to update a title at Land Registry and received an approach from what I thought was a department of Land Registry. They offered to fill all the forms in for me, post to us for signature and then handle process. Sales pitch was "we have all the data and can ensure smooth process". Also offered to provide a new deed once complete for additional fee (which I paid). What happened was a WhatsApp ID verification and then we received forms but only instructions were generic i.e. read forms (and follow various web links) to work out ourselves what additional documents were required AND what fees may be required. Then we were expected to submit the forms to the Land Registry ourselves. In addition they just sent a copy of the exist title, NOT the new one promised. I complained asking at a minimum for guidance on documents & fee required, and refund on title (as I'd already paid for existing). I received an e-mail promising response in 24-48 hours but NOTHING after a week. I'm now stuck as I need to submit forms as I'm under a timeline, do I just make my best guess at supporting documents? Or pay my solicitor to do what I've already paid these people for?

BEWARE: THIS COMPANY IS NOT H.M.LAND REGISTRY
MISTAKE NO. 1
I rang the online land registry believing it to by the official government Land Registry. The name online land registry is deliberately misleading.
MISTAKE NO. 2
I did not read the warning signs. The telephone sales person launched into a prepared script, speaking so quickly I had to keep asking for clarification. She did not explain they were not the land registry.
I rang to advise of the death of my husband and to request that his name be removed from the joint ownership of our property. The transaction was completed provided I pay £650.00 for the privilege. I have since learned that as the surviving joint owner of a property the Land Registry does NOT charge a fee!
1. I feel foolish
2. I feel so angry that they should take advantage of vulnerable people at a time when they are grieving.
3. This may not be a SCAM, or FRAUD but is definitely unfair and unethical.

Terrible posing as a government website…
Terrible posing as a government website and charging you for something you could order yourself do not order anything from them make sure you gob to the official site and don’t give this guy your money.
And yes it is one guy the same man I spoke to twice after receiving the documents that could’ve been checked by them and avoiding a fee they took my money anyway.
He argued with me for about 10 minutes refusing to refund me my money extremely rude. He just takes your money and orders it off the official website at for £7 everything else is a profit SCAMMER

Would have preferred to give no stars. Contacted them when they came top of the list calling themselves OnlineHM Land Registry. They then came up as Online LandRegistry. Nothing to do with the official Land Registry so DO NOT USE. Not Scam as such as they will do the work but talk you into spending excessive amount . I cancelled when I realised they were NOT Land Registry and still charged me £700.despite cancelling within two days. Wish I had never gone on to their site. Will not refund me despite requests . Can’t believe any company would treat an 83 year old widow in this way. RE your reply I do not see how the paperwork was done as I was not due to talk to your solicitor for another week for him to get my id etc. And I have received NO refund at all from you despite repeated requests for you to look at this again
Still have received no ‘goodwill gesture’ from this company. They are still keeping my £700. DO not believe anything they say.

They hide behind a .org.uk domain to look legitimate, and I fell for it — but don’t make the same mistake.They are not official. They are not genuine. They are exploiting people.
