Anderson’s have managed a property on my behalf for the last three years and have been consistently excellent. They are knowledgeable, experienced and professional, and their customer service has been first rate. I do not live locally and so naturally any problems with tenants or faults with the property could easily have become a source of significant anxiety for my wife and I. I can honestly say that Anderson’s took all the stress out of owning a rental property.

In particular, Justin Newton (Anderson’s maintenance manager) has repeatedly delivered a service far above and beyond what could reasonably be expected of him. He responds to phone calls and emails promptly, resolves issues quickly and efficiently, and is unfailingly friendly, polite and professional…even when fielding the 15th call of the day from me late on a Friday afternoon.

I cannot recommend Anderson’s highly enough. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

A really reliable and communicative letting agent. Slight mix up on move in day, but they took swift action that resolved it. Very trustworthy and would recommend them, which you don’t hear very often in this sector!

we recently moved into a rented 2 bed house. After having many issues with previous landlords/agents we couldn't not fault Elliott and the team at andersons. from the moment we contacted them they were always ready and willing to answer questions no matter how small they were. they made the whole process smooth and were incredibly thorough with information and paperwork ensuring the landlord receives the best tenant and the tenant receives the home they are looking for. they don't feel like the middle men as they keep upto date with the conditions of the property and anything they don't hold records for they are quick to find this information out and get back to you

The team were friendly and helpful. The process was all completed electronically which made it very smooth.

Having recently sold our property we knew we wanted to rent for a short period as it was unlikely we would be able to find a suitable property to coincide with our sale.

After temporarily residing with a family member, we arranged to view a property with Chris at Andersons and quickly confirmed we would like to rent this.

As newbies to renting, we had heard horror stories that told of very lengthy waits before being able to move in. As a previous homeowner, we could absolutely understand why the landlord would want to be sure we were suitable tenants.

Elliott and Chris were highly professional; they understood our urgent need to find a home. They immediately contacted the landlord to start the process and liaised with the referencing agency LetAlliance to enable us to move in within 7 days.

The staff at Andersons have been professional, responsive and there at each stage to advise us what to do. Having never rented before it has certainly been a learning curve!

We learned that Elliott has only recently joined the company. His support throughout has been brilliant and he is clearly going to be an asset to the company.
