Value for money quick service
I ordered three lights off of online lighting. Value for money compared with prices in shops for the exact light. One of my lights had a crack when I checked it and a replacement received within a week which was great service. Check lights on arrival as stated on the website.

Dissapointed
Very dissapointed that shades are not sold with the light fitting. It was on the small print that I overlooked and was quite surprised that they are not sold together. This is normal practice in most retailers. Also very expensive for the finished result. It’s a strong copper shade as opposed to the bronze look I wanted

Hi Aoife, I am sorry you felt you had a poor experience with us.
The product does state in the title & the description that it's fitting only, as many customers like to customise a shade to their desired finish or have the exposed bulb. As you acknowledged, this information was overlooked.
In relation to the shades, the description also states this is a David Hunt item & is made to order, taking 3- 4 weeks. From ordering the shades to delivery was 5 weeks, I do apologise for extra delay in the delivery. Thank-you Orlagh

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I purchased 2 light fittings which i was absolutely delighted with unfortunately one off them was damaged I contacted customer service to which they replied to straight away and I was sent a new light fitting within a week.

Great selection, fast delivery and helpful.
I was looking for a light fitting that was going to take 6 to 8 weeks delivery from other retailers. I found it at a good price and delivery within a week from Online Lighting Shop. I ordered other fittings after this order and was very happy with them. One fitting for outside just didn't look right for our house but the return was so straightforward. I was very happy with the customer service, selection and price.

Amazing service excellent product
Amazing company. Recommended by my builder who I trust as he only uses materials that last. The ATC heater is amazing. I am delighted with the product. The customer service is first class. Prompt helpful and ready to answer any questions. Thoroughly recommended
