I ordered on March 2nd based on the advertised 7-9 day delivery window. My order wasn't even shipped until March 10th, with a delivery date of March 24th — nearly three weeks after ordering.
No communication, no apology, nothing.
If your actual shipping times don't match what's advertised, fix your policy. Would not recommend to anyone with a time-sensitive order.
I asked for an expedited shipping and got my dress in 2 days. The dress is absolutely stunning!

poor quality and the clothes don't match the photos! Their exchange policy is a scam as they don't accept an exchange if you use an offer when doing the purchase while they have running offers all year long so it's just a way to reject it!!
They don’t answer Whatsapp messages after you buy
And the worst thing is that I rated an item 1 star on their website, but they changed it to a 5 stars rating!!
