Poor show
Needed to order cards for an unknown fob entry system. Was put through to there "expert" who took the details he said he needed to process order. Item sent was the wrong frequency and could not possibly work. I was then told this was my fault and no refund would be given. The cards supplied by this company were not official HID cards but the cheapest equivalent which can be purchased elsewhere very cheap. I paid this company no less then £250.00 and could not of been treated any worse with no refund.
Absolute shambles of an outfit.
I know they will counter this dispute with some generic response but the facts are simple. They got it wrong.
Between myself and 4 other linked buyers we have spent over 9k with this company in the last year but that will not be repeated.
Your "specialist" failed to ask one simple question which cost me £250 and cost your company any future business from me or any associated companies. Bottom line. I have been mistreated and have already actioned proceedings to recover lost money and valuable time. Do yourself a favour and take it on the chin.

Hi Rob, you seem to have a selective memory on this transaction. You did not contact us prior to placing the order, despite stating "Was put through to there "expert"", you simply ordered online, you also state you ordered "cards for an unknown fob entry system" which cannot be true as you selected the correct make and completed several questions during the order process which can only be answered by someone who knows precisely what they require . We advertise and sell to security professionals HID "Compatible" cards, they are custom programmed by a specialist UK manufacturer to order using the specialist information customers provide about their existing HID system and are of very high quality. When the manufacturer contacted you after you placed your order to double check your requirements and ensure you received working products, you read the details from the label on your original HID card fobs box, but failed to provide some details clearly printed on the label. Later, after the cards were manufactured, you sent a photo of the HID label and it was immediately obvious full details the manufacturer required were not provided. This omission meant the cards were programmed incorrectly for your site. These are custom manufactured non returnable parts. You also claim to have spent £9,000 this year, if this statement is true, statistically we performed perfectly for 98% of your orders by value. This is not reflected in your review and your statement that we are an absolute shambles of an outfit is defamatory. In addition, your statement "the facts are simple. They got it wrong" the information we needed to get it right was in your ownership but not communicated until after the products were manufactured.

Great customer service. Parts came as described and were priced fairly. would highly recommend to anyone in need of quality products.
