The turf that arrived were half dead! I thought they will come to life after a while but no luck. As I didn’t take photographs on the day it arrived they didn’t offer any refunds. The quality of turf from b+q is some much better than this. The delivery service was not great as well. In general - bad service. The reason I place my review here was because this review was not posted on their website! Says a lot about this company!

ORDERED £200 worth turf got delivery date. Not delivered by 3pm so rang up yes it's en route don't worry! 8pm obvs NOT coming! I'm not sure wats worse the non delivery when I had a labourer waiting to lay it OR the bullshit lies that it's on the way!!!! I would not recommend not use again and I best get my refund else I will take it further!!!!!!

The turf I ordered was of excellent quality. I placed the order on Friday morning, and it arrived the very next day on Saturday. It has now been laid for two weeks, and it is lush, green, and has established beautifully. The grass has grown really well, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I would highly recommend this supplier for both the quality of the turf and the prompt delivery service.

Really impressed with the turf I bought. Every roll arrived in great condition — no yellowing, no thin patches, just dense, vibrant grass. It was simple to lay and looked perfect the moment it went down. After watering, it settled quickly and now looks like a professional lawn. Great value and great service from start to finish.

I received my order on Wednesday, 27 May around 5 PM . The turf was installed professionally on 28th May. About 25-30% of supply was in poor condition. When I contacted customer service, the response was that’s for Leaving the turf overnight !! I have photographs to show how bad some of the supply are and that can’t happen overnight !! Prompt response to communication and timely delivery, hence the two stars !!

Absolutely perfect service, amazing quality turf at very reasonable prices. all delivered on time, the delivery driver was very helpful in bringing pallet down the drive for me and I was kept fully up to date of delivery time schedules. Grass was well wrapped and Delivery was on time would definitely recommend. Very convenient being able to pick a delivery date. Highly recommend! We ordered the Rye Gold Turf.

Totally impressed with the service and the quality of the Turf. I bought "Budget Turf" - it's excellent! lovely condition and easy to lay. Looked good straight away and should form a lovely, practical small front lawn.

The condition of the grass was excellent, it was green and healthy and grew as it should. We also appreciated the advice we received from Online turf after the 2 weeks about how to continue to look after the grass.

Everyone wants to know how well they’ve done and as a rule I usually ignore it. But today is an exception, only ordered 14 rolls of turf and from the girl on the phone to the delivery guy very polite and helpful

I purchased 60M2 rye gold grass. When it turned up, on time. I was shocked by the quality and the freshness of the grass. The price was much cheaper than I could get locally. It's been 6 days since laying and I'm absolutely thrilled. After showing off pictures of my new garden I always tell them where I got the turf. Having ordered turf on line I felt the price was very good there was good communication throughout delivery and the turf was delivered on time the driver was great and managed to get turf down my driveway for me would definitely recommend and use again.
