What a find….Great service, great quality considering we went budget due to the animals and the delivery driver was so helpful as I am elderly. Already ordered our 2nd batch.

High quality grass,thick and lush green,delivered on time,good follow up emails from the company making sure that as a customer i was happy.

My turf was delivered and I laid it on the same day it arrived, I straight away used water sprinklers to water the grass and few weeks later the lawns turned out green and beautiful. I recommend this company to supply your lawn turf.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. The delivery driver was very polite and helpful he placed the pallet exactly where requested. The turf is of excellent quality and been laid for 5 days and looking great and already growing thank you online turf a very satisfied customer.

I received turf of inconsistent quality, with some rolls clearly dead on arrival. When I raised this with customer service, the issue was dismissed and responsibility placed on me, which was very disappointing.
This has been a frustrating experience, especially as it’s the second time I’ve had to redo my garden following a previous poor experience with B&Q. I now face the challenge of trying to revive the damaged areas, which may not even be possible.
Based on this, I would strongly recommend buying turf from a local supplier where you can inspect the product before purchasing, rather than relying on delivery.

Amazing customer service and delivery system.

From the moment I rang and spoke to someone over a few enquiries to the point I had the turf delivered the whole experience I received was very polite and professional I would highly recommend if your after turf this is the company you need to use and the turf looks amazing now it’s been layed also you get follow up emails telling you what’s the next step and when you should first cut it 10/10 service from start to finish

Great turf that is excellent quality and freshly cut from good soil! It was delivered exactly where I wanted it. It is looking fantastic and is fantastic value for money.

We had 50 square meters so turf delivered it must be the best quality turf that I’ve seen delivery was on time no hassles one week after we layed it it looks so lovely not cut it yet but when it’s time to cut it will look like a golf green very very happy I would not go anywhere else to get more

Online turf were excellent from start to finish, the ordering process was easy, when I spoke to somebody in their sales team, they were very helpful and answered my questions fully. The delivery was on time and above all, the turf was absolutely top quality, I cannot fault Online turf at all throughout this whole experience, and would happily recommend them to anybody looking for top quality turf and topsoil.

I found “onlineturf” easy to deal with from help with ordering, delivery and aftercare. They supply advice on laying and when to mow. The turf is good quality and has taken easily and had its first cut after 2 weeks

I have waited until the turf has started to grow before leaving a review. The grass, as that’s what it is now, is amazing. A lush green colour and great quality throughout the lawn. I ordered the turf on Thursday morning and, I did pay a little more, but the turf turned up the following morning. The delivery driver was amazing and the delivery went very smoothly. The garden has benefited from some lovely Welsh rain, and I did water it morning and evening when it didn’t. Even after the delivery, I am still getting helpful hints via email to make sure I get the best out of the lawn. Yesterday I got the message to tell me it’s time for the first cut. I think touches like this and the speed and the quality of the delivery and the turf, makes recommending online turf a no brainer

Ordered on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. The delivery window was up until 5pm, yet there was absolutely no communication from the delivery company throughout the day to advise of and delays. It was only towards the end of the day that I had to chase things up myself. They then had to contact the drivers to find out what was happening, and I was informed they were running behind and would no longer be able to make the delivery that day.

Considering turf should ideally be laid as soon as possible, especially during the hot weather we’re currently experiencing, I was disappointed as it felt like the product would inevitably have deteriorated to some degree by the time it arrived.

That said, it was delivered the following morning, where I had to take additional time off work to receive the order. Overall, the turf seemed okay, although there were some slightly yellow patches. After reading similar reviews, I just decided to lay it anyway and hope for the best. Time will tell how it establishes.

There are no bad reviews on their website!! I put one on due to the poor quality of my turf delivered and guess what it does not appear (Buyer beware- poor quality product)

Another Sham Online Company!
Absolutely terrible service. I placed and paid for an order on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. When I called first thing Wednesday morning to get an estimated delivery time, I was told it would likely arrive in the afternoon, so I arranged for my landscaper to come later that day.
However, when I called again at 3pm to chase the delivery, I was informed that the driver had forgotten to load my order onto the truck. I was then told it would be delivered the following morning. This is despite the company’s own website stating that the turf should be laid on the day it arrives – yet apparently it was acceptable for it to sit in their warehouse for an extra 24 hours.
I called back again at 4pm to stress that I wanted fresh turf and would not accept potentially damaged stock the next day. At that point, I was told my order would be cancelled and replaced with fresh turf for delivery on Friday morning.
On Friday morning, I contacted customer service once more, only to be told that the order hadn’t even left the warehouse yet.
This company is completely unreliable and treats customers with no respect. Avoid at all costs!!!
