Me and my family were looking for a trustworthy car rental for our vacation in Sardinia and Only Sardinia was the one!!

Excellent customer service and selection of cars during our stay. The best I experienced so far traveling.

Excellent service and staff.The car was clean and new , a very good car rental experience when on vacation in Sardinia.

I can only echo what Chris G said. The office is in the building with all other car hire firms, just to the right of Olbio airport exit. This was a professional, friendly and efficient check in service. The hybrid car was clean. They sent a link to a video of the car on pick up. I also took my own video on pick up and return, just in case of dispute, but there was no need.
The return was just as efficient, with the 500€ damage deposit paid back immediately after they checked it. (minus 1cent).

Booked my car in advance from 27.09 to 04.10.22. Arrived to the office, and 15 minutes later was driving on the road. Very fast check in. No hassle. Car was in very good condition.Very clean inside and outside with full tank of fuel. Check out procedure was not more than 20 minutes. Deposit on my credit card was unblocked straight at the check out.
I can really recommend the Autonoleggio Sardinya car rental.

After we were let down by another company with whom we had pre booked, Only Sardinia sorted us out. The guys there are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Rented a car with them in Sept. 2021. Had to change rental companies last minute at the airport after arrival because of a problem with the other rental company. Staff was very nice, got us a car in 20 minutes. Car was like new, staff very diligent in noting down all scrapes and bumps. No hassle at all. Returning the car was very easy as well.

Friendly and efficient and helpful service, above expectations. Cars are the same, proces more or less the same, so people make the difference.

we rented a car for 10 days. when turning, they found scratches on the underside of the car on the front bumper. we checked the car thoroughly before renting, but we didn't expect that you need to check the car from below! the owner, who made a good impression on us during the handover, checked the car very briefly, did not pay attention to various traces, he saw a scratch on the underside of the bumper when returning !! when he returned, he pretended that he did not know English, he handed over the negotiations to his employee who had nothing to say. I am embarrassed by the whole situation, they treated us very unfairly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE

Just returned from two lovely weeks in Sardinia, and would like to give praise to this company.

Easy a quick pickup. No line - everybody was waiting in line for the large companies,
No hazzle towards add on endurance,
Very clear overview of cost at theft or damage,
Easy return and no hazzle with regards to scratches and such.

Highly recommended. Maybe the easiest and most straight forward car rental I have ever experienced.

Very clear website that allayed my fears that there would be extra charges.
Easy to find the office in car rental building next to terminal building at Olbia airport.
Car was in good condition and worked fine.
Inspection before rental included them taking a video of the car with me present, which they then sent to me by WhatsApp.
As with any car rental company we bought CDW insurance separately before we went.

Excellent, friendly service (especially from Marco) from start to finish with this local car rental company. We hired a Fiat Panda for 2 weeks from Olbia airport in October. We didn't have any queue, compared to the long Europecar queue of around 20 people. The car already had some scratches/marks on it but there was no problem returning the credit card ring-fenced 800 Euro deposit at the end of the hire (the car was checked and everything signed off at the end).
There was no pressure to take extra Super Collision Damage Waiver cover as long as we ring-fenced the deposit on our credit card. I would not hesitate to rent from Only Sardinia again and would highly recommend to others wanting a hassle-free hire experience. They may not be the cheapest but after doing a LOT of pre-trip research, the cheap companies may sting you in other ways!

After reading all bad reviews about car rental companies in Sardinia I was very worried untill I found Only Sardinia Autonoleggio.
We rented a car from their Olbia airport from 3 Aug 2018 to 23 Aug 2018. You dont need a creditcard to rent from them which was very comforting for us after reading all bad reviews about other car rental companies regarding creditcards.
You can choose to pay by bank transfer or creditcard and we chose to pay by banktransfer. The communication with Only Sardinia was very clear, they responded very quickly on our inquiry and from the beginning the communication was very quick, clear and complete. Reservation was very easy with no hidden charges and no shady rules and all was in English with a complete list of all inclusions. We chose the standard insurance which is included in the rate.
Their counter at Olbia airport is very easy to find and there was no queue. The staff is very kind and professional and they did not forced us to take extra insurance. The deposit was Eur 850 which can be paid by cash or creditcard. After return you get the deposit back in cash and if by creditcard they only make a reservation on your creditcard for the deposit and after return you can still choose to pay by cash in case any damage. The car was new and clean. They are more expensive thn other shady car rentl companies but at least we had piece of mind. We were very happy that we choose Only Sardinia Autonoleggio. It was very comforting dealing with them. We would certainly rent from them again and sure recommend them to others. Thank Only Sardinia!

As soon as we got to the ​​rent a cars area we were very attentive in a very nice way. It is noticed that they are there to help to provide a good moment to those who arrive to Sardinia. We made a pre reservation of the car, that make all the process much easier. We just take care of quick paperwork that was already prepared for us, grab the GPS (its a great extra, by the way) and in 10-15min later we were directed to the outside where we had the car prepared for us. They shown totaly available if we had any problems during our trip, providing the contacts. The car was a Fiat 500, which despite looking small was perfect for two people, a large suitcase and two backpacks. The car trips ran very smoothly, without a hitch. Loved the experience! On the last day the delivery took place as on arrival - fast and smooth. Definitely the best experience we had with a rental car!

We went to Olbia, Sardinia. We thought that we can pay rent-a-car with Visa Electron. And we were wrong. So we were in a not very good situation. This was one of two companies that accepts debit cards for payment and you have to give 300€ in cash as assurance (you get it back if tank is full and everything is ok). The guy (skinned, I don't know his name) was very friendly. It was 413€ for 7 days, fiat panda (car was as new) and it covers full assurance except tires, glass elements and scratches from plants (you just have to be careful as with your own car). Everything was ok. Thanks!

You saved my holiday, I forgot my credit card and no other company was giving me any car!
The car was new and in 10 minutes I was driving to the beach, fantastic

I booked a motorcycle , I sent my information of driver license by e -mail . When I arrived at the airport, personnel has verified the correctness of the data and in 5 minutes I had the bike .
I recommend everyone this rent motorcycles
