Excellent support team

The support team is quick to respond and always does a great job. My role requires me to manage domains on behalf of our clients for an MSP and its integral I am able to communicate with support and get a reply back fast. Not only do OnlyDomains exceed at this, their support team is friendly and don't make you feel like an idiot.

Bad customer service

Honestyly the worst customer service I have expirienced in a long time, they wont try to help after days of trying to reach out. Would NOT reccomend.

Nina saved my day today

Nina saved my day today. Our domain just expired few days ago and was not able to restore or renew it. it was very important for us to retrieve it. Nina took the necessary steps and was very efficient to solve our problem. We are not back in business. Thank you!!

Rogine was incredibly helpful

Rogine was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. She helped me update my account username, guided me through the extra steps when the system rejected my first choice, and clearly explained how to update my domain contact details as well. THEY HAVE NO TELEPHONE AND REAL PERSON SUPPORT - TERRIBLE

I have just wasted 50 minutes of my time for the human on the end to say 'I have to put this up to a senior person' for a matter that would have taken about 2 MINUTES to solve if I had BEEN ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE instead of typing and having them ask irrelevant questions over and over again. I am extremely disappointed with this company and wish I had never become their customer. What is the point of a business when you cannot have a relationship with it? Why do I have to type everything out? It is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

A very competent agent!

Rogine came online when I insisted I needed a human. Lovely lovely agent and very diligent and when I asked for help and the history of the matter she went ahead and did the job for me. This is after other specialists had done the job via email but ssomething was still not clicking together. Rogine as very happy to put i the effort and very professional. I highly recommend Only Domains to have as your registrar.

Probably the worst choice for your domains...

Not able to process credit card renewals - tried with 2 cards.
No customer support only a very bad AS bot (stupidity, not intelligence).
Trying to move to a provider who handles credit card payments, has decent customer support and the prices are almost half. Hope that they send me the auth codes at least - manual process...

TLDR: probably anyhting else would be better

Answer from onlydomains is misleading. NOTHING is Olved. The finally provided a password for the domain transfer. But its not the auth code I need. transfer rejeced. Telling them that leads to: same email, same password and anther rejected transfer. Have not experienced such unprofessional behavior in decades in IT.

I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience with OnlyDomains.

I attempted to transfer my domain winpro.mu to their platform, but the process has been extremely frustrating. I followed the instructions provided by their support team, yet the transfer keeps failing due to authorization code issues.

Despite providing the updated AuthInfo code received directly from the current registrar, I was asked multiple times to resubmit the transfer request and even proceed with payment again. This has created unnecessary confusion and delays.

I have opened several support tickets and sent multiple replies, but it is not always clear where the response should be sent, and communication has been very slow. At this point, I am still waiting for a clear resolution.

A domain transfer should be a straightforward process, especially for a professional service provider. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been time-consuming and frustrating.

I hope OnlyDomains can improve their support and communication to avoid putting customers through this kind of situation.
