My go-to place for buying domains. Their DNS setup is excellent. Very easy to work with. I have more than 25 years of developer experience, and I work with new domains for web applications all the time. This aspect is especially superb in OnlyDomains compared to other places.

The worst service I've ever seen. The domain I registered with them stopped working. I tried contacting customer support for three days and only received automated responses. They still haven't resolved the issue and don't even want to answer my questions. They're horribly scammers. I had to move the site to another domain and lost a lot of Google traffic. Don't deal with them!

I was locked out of my domain because I made a stupid MX record error. That error stopped me from getting email, so I couldn't get the multifactor code. Ugh. I couldn't figure out what to do until Rogine saved me. So helpful, thank you!

Never had problems with OnlyDomains, everytime I need assistance I get it through the web chat in a few minutes. Another interesting point is that OnlyDomains is the only one register who can manage over 900 domain extensions. For me is a TOP level Register.

The human in the chat (NINA) was very helpful. She renewed our expired domain (auto-renew didn't go through) and I couldn't access my account since my 2fa went to an email with the expired domain.

Tech issues are usually resolved but with a few back and forward requests. Transferring domains remains an issue as the auth code generated from the domain dashboard doesn't work.

I am currently trying to transfer my business domains away from OnlyDomains, and they are flat-out refusing to provide the Auth-Info (EPP) transfer codes. One of my critical domains expires in less than 48 hours. Instead of simply generating the code as they are legally required to do by regulatory bodies like ICANN and MYNIC, their support team is using deliberate stalling tactics.
After ignoring my initial requests, they finally replied saying my request is "under review," and then completely stopped responding to my urgent follow-ups. There is absolutely nothing to review. As the legal registrant, I have an absolute right to my transfer codes immediately. They are artificially delaying the process to run down the clock, seemingly trying to force my domains to expire so I am trapped into renewing with them.
If you run a business, value your digital property, and want a registrar that respects your legal rights and provides actual customer service, stay far away from OnlyDomains. Unacceptable and predatory business practices.

Total disaster. They gave me a broken authorization code (to transfer domain) and then went silent for days. When you actually manage to reach support, they promise to solve it immediately and then just disappear, marking the tickets as "solved" without doing a thing. I’m days away from losing my domain because of their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Hi there
I had an issue with a work email account not showing up in Outlook, which I use as a repository for 5 different emails I have. The webhosting control panel and the webmail user interface outfits had help/support links that were extremely difficult to negotiate, and they ultimately referred you back to the FAQ section where you attempted to locate, identify and solve your own problem. Instruction on how to wend your way around all this and contact their Support or Help was frustratingly unclear.
That's OK if you know what you're doing!

Quite by chance, I contacted OnlyDomains to see if they could help. I got an immediate response, with clear instructions on how to fix the issue.
Furthermore, I then got a follow-up message from a human asking if the issue had been fixed.
