Tried calling the support number in Singapore for support but realised the number posted in Instra website is wrong.
Decide to try the live chat suppport instead and got a reply from Nina. She has been very prompt and helpful in getting my email address changed. Tested working after the changed.

After completing payment for my domain renewal, the automatic activation did not work. My order status is still “In Progress”, and I had to wait more than 24 hours while my website was completely offline.
What makes it worse is that technical support is very slow to respond and does not actually solve the problem — they only say “under review” with no real action or timeline.
This caused a critical outage for my services and clients.
A domain renewal should be activated automatically after payment.
Extremely frustrating and unreliable service.

only domains was exceptional to deal with. They had a very helpful phone service. Now its a time wasting, no solution Ai chat bot. Over an hour wasted and still havent gotten anywhere

This company is never available, non existing support. I have 24 domains with them, what a mistake. Everyone I try to set up a new business email I encounter the same error, and then it takes 3-7 days to get close to finishing the purchase. Now they have always auto renewed my domains, except this time, and this is my main domain, but at least they then completely turned it off, during the weekend, with no support in sight, a useless AI bot, they might not even be ai… and I cannot even myself go in and renew the domain, and again, with no help from anyone. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. In terms of service I have actually never experienced anything worse than onlydomains.

Waiting for my dot.com.au to be approved. I have been a customer for years, never had to wait. You hav eall my details ABN, Proof of Address, Drivers License, Passport, Legal Documents - yet you still question me as an Australian wether I have the right to purchase a .com.au.
Of course I do, I have purchased many domains and services from you here in Australia over the past 5 years.

I have been experiencing email issues for several days. I initially tried to resolve this by sending an email and registering a support ticket, but received no response, likely because my email is not functioning. I also used the chat feature on the website and interacted with an AI agent, but that did not resolve the issue. When I requested assistance from a human representative, I still received no reply.
Next, I called the local NZ support number, only to hear a message stating that the phones were not working. I then tried the US number and received the same response. I also attempted to reach out via Facebook messaging, but received no assistance there either.
After several hours, Rogine (a real person) finally responded, only to inform me that a payment had not gone through due to my Visa card being compromised. I updated the payment details with my new card immediately. However, I have been a loyal OnlyDomains customer for approximately 10 years, and to have my communication cut off over an overdue amount of just $36.21, especially after only one week and during the holiday period, is appalling.
Email communication accounts for 90% of my business, and this disruption has caused significant harm. I therefore stand by my one-star rating. This experience has been extremely disappointing.
And much later...
All paid, and still waiting to be reconnected. What a total lack of respect for a longstanding customer.
And even much later...
My company id being held "captive" for a $36.21 payment, which has been paid. Now, proof of payment is the "BIG" issue, which I have sent the proof of payment processed through Paypal.
Still, no email!!!!
And much, much later...
Pratham Kotian was the human that were taking care of me, and very professional, but after being told that he will personally look into my situation, I am still in limbo without email, or website access.
When is this nightmare going to end???

I’m still waiting on somebody to help me. We cannot get access to authenticator code. It has been 10 December. Nobody has been in contact with myself to solve this matter. I need somebody to help me urgently. Is there any help or I’ll be wasting our time for somebody give me a call or walk us to access our emails due to the authenticator code is connected to the domain email
There is no contact number to call I had tickets but nobody can help. Is there a direct email for a number to contact? It’s just solve this issue shit and move forward.
