Stay clear of this credit card company. They are taking advantage of people with poor credit.
Have only had this card two months and my minimum payment has nearly doubled from last month. When I spoke to customer services they pointed out the APR and that there was also some other payment they add to you minimum payment which is not really explained on my monthly statement or during the application process.
The statement can’t even give you an estimated interest that would come off after you’ve made payment, which other credit card companies seem to be able to do.
I have also have noticed that the balance left on my card keeps reducing slightly within the month. When queried, the customer services agent said that they review interest rates daily and this could result in what I have left on my card reducing. I asked how this would affect me if I had spent my whole credit limit, would it take me over (resulting in penalties)? He didn’t have an answer for me.
Omno are not very transparent about how they calculate your payments and mess around with you remaining balance without telling you. I will be paying mines off asap and closing my account… STAY CLEAR OF THEM, THEY’RE CROOKS!

Signed up online, approved quickly and card arrived quick too, added card to app and then unable to use online or via chip and pin, customer service is non existent , wait on chat (app) it times out as you're waiting so long, only signed up via a credit monitoring company as the rate is less than what I pay on my current cards, credit cards are not difficult and shouldn't be , but Onmo seem to make it so, wouldnt recommend , as I cant get hold of them ended up emailing them to say close my account. In the age where banks/ Fintech is all about speed efficiency and being user friendly, Onmo are the opposite, unreliable and expect the market will swallow them up, plenty of providers on offer, cant see them surviving, remember peeps if they ever go under they can recall any debt on demand (as can all other card companies) but expect they will be losing customers once people realise what they have signed up for

Applied and was accepted very fast with lots of information as to how to manage the credit facility responsibly.
Also info on help should you find yourself in difficulty.
I think that under responsible use these services are good and give added protection on purchases alongside your statutory consumer rights.

Horrible experience, money was being siphoned off and going goodness knows where, and customer service had no reasonable explanation, they also held a pending payment for a whole Month, despite the transaction being cancelled. I do NOT recommend ONMO. I paid off my credit balance in full, and happy that I’m well rid of that awful company

It’s a very quick easy simple process to apply. The interest rates are very high. In fact the highest I’ve ever seen on a credit card.

Application was so easy and decision immediate. Unlike other providers there were no unnecessary, intrusive questions to navigate either, excellent all round.
