A business with no integrity

Ordered a pair of running sleeves from Amazon (seller is Onogo). There is no Size description but I see one of the pictures of the product is a black box showing S/M). I assumed the product I ordered is S/M. However, I received L/XL. When I requested to be refunded, they need me to pay for postage, send item back and wait for refund. I am not willing to waste money on postage and requested them to send me a S/M. They dare send me a picture and circled the product description that shows L/XL and said that is the size I ordered!!! They are so dishonest! I feel more upset. No more business with this company - no integrity! I will complain to Amazon and Best Business Bureau.

Update today (June 15, 2021): after I complained to Amazon, Onogo is willing to refund to me and requested me to withdraw my negative comments on Amazon. Case closed.

Wow..

Wow... lots of negative reviews, and I don't see any response from the company Onogo in its defence?
However, I can't complain, I bought a Five Senses ball for my diabetic going blind Jack Russell, it arrived earlier than stated, Oscar loves it, it has the ability for my dog to see it, hear the bell inside, taste of beef and smells beefy, he can also feel it too, so overall I'm very pleased with my purchase, and would recommend to anyone who has a dog with disabilities.

AVOID, RUDE SERVICE.…

I have been an Amazon customer many, many years, Amazon themselves have treat me with utmost respect, as have the majority of sellers, I purchased a HALTI head collar, it did not live up to the HALTI good name straps thin and ineffective, I persevered 4 months, then contacted ONOGO this is the main gripe of my complaint, RUDE,RUDE RUDE. I put in my request for exchange or refund, with a very polite amicable message saying I would be happy to accept advice on another product and a replacement of such. I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED A MESSAGE,FROM AMAZON, SAYING THE REQUEST HAD BEEN CLOSED, NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY, I forwarded a further message to the company asking for explanation, they were not interested, simply "it is over 3 months cannot help". I pointed out the world of Amazon sellers/buyers have an unspoken code of fairness, loyalty, and integrity, if ONOGO are unconcerned regarding their reputation or customer satisfaction, they should not sell on Amazon, they give Amazon a bad name. Interestingly, most of your 1* ratings are regarding Amazon customers. shame on this company, if you are a decent, honest customer, AVOID ONOGO.

Packaging improvement

Hi, my rating is poor but would like to make a suggestion for future customers including myself. I received a container that contain a cleaning paste and the lid on the container was off and the parcel was soaked with this paste. Lost most of the product. To my view poor packaging is at fault and could be improved for future purchases. We are all humans and this can happen. Hope you can improve on packaging and shipping. Must had that delivery and items ordered where exactly as requested. thank you. G.Romain

Good Customer service

I recently ordered a product, and it unfortunately came damaged. When I contacted them, they were immediately happy to help, and sent me a replacement item within a couple of days. Very happy with my product and the customer service.

Underhand deceitful company

Bought a relatively inexpensive, but fragile item from Amazon fulfilled by these numpties. They sent it in a squashable jiffy bag which didn't protect the item and it arrived broken. The postie told me it was broken before he gave it to me!
They told me to send it back, so I did but they would not refund the postage to return it, which as far as I am concerned is a breach of the distance selling regulations.
I complained to Onogo many times, and they refused to pay £3.10.
In the end I complained to Amazon who kindly refunded the postage. I'm hoping they take it from Onogo.
Please don't buy from these eejits.

The order which I placed with you for an Octonauts Mission Vehicle arrived this day(9/19/2020). It was well packaged with no damage.
