Never heard of them before in my life and had £29.50 wipped out my bank not a clue who they are!
How do I go about getting my money back when a Try log in says my email address isn't even registered

Disgusting company

Have taken £29.50 from my bank account with no warning. No emails or letters with any account details. I literally dont have an account with this company so how can i cancel anything. Disgusting. Contacting my bank ASAP

Same as everyone else

Same as everyone else, not even signed up or heard of them I've had to borrow money off family cos of the money taken I also want a full refund ASAP or I will also take further and report as fraud, spoke to bank for steps to take if necessary, very u happy this is scandalous!

As so many else here I fell for this

As so many else here I fell for this. Took 14p then £29.50 on funnily enough the same day as I get mu universal credit. I am in arrears with my rent and cannot afford this. Please cancel and refund my money ASAP. I really upset companies like you exist.

Robbers taken money out of my account today for something I have not signed up for or even knew about until I checked online I demand a full refund or taking this further

I demand a full refund and a stop to transactions going put of my bank account. Never signed up to this and wonder how the hell you got my bank details in the first place.
Absolutely fuming, in this day and age people are already struggling. If I tried to log in or do anything on your site it says no account so how have you done this!!!!!!!

Would give it 0 stars if I could

Would give it 0 stars if I could, took £29.50 out my account when I didn’t even know I had signed up to anything and apparently because it’s been more than 14 days since I ‘signed up’ to this mysterious thing they can’t refund me and will fight with my bank to make sure I don’t get it back, now been left in my overdraft with 2 young kids! AWFUL

Fraud

Allowed a payment of 14p which was apparently to verify my identity. They have actually signed me up for a subscription service which I never wanted or asked for. Have taken 29.50 out of my bank. Called customer services after getting their number from my bank as I had no idea who they were. Agent on the phone said they can't issue a refund as all their terms and conditions were there when I "ticked the box" which you can see from mine and plenty of others reviews, they were not. I've successfully managed to cancel it to prevent any more money coming out my account but I'll need to take up the refund with my bank. Just a company clearly preying on the vulnerable.

Taken money from my account this…

Taken money from my account this morning signed up for subscription for 14p check, 18 days later. Didn’t tick or agree to any subscription what so ever. By law need to be transparent about any type of service and they not.

After putting my review up on here, received the reply below then emailed them direct, received my money back same day good on you.

But my first email to the company before putting up a review was a simple no for a refund.

Shows the power of reviews plays an important role.

Disgraceful

Disgraceful. Taking advantage of the vulnerable from the looks of it. I have been continuously ignored despite telling you I didn’t sign up! I have no idea who you are. Spoken to my bank as you have taken £29.50 and if I do not have any communication regarding a refund I have been advised of the next steps. This will involve reporting you to external organisations including action fraud. I’ve never heard of you and I want a refund!!!

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, they have taken 2 payments of £29.50 out my account, emailed them and just phoned and the guy on the phone was so rude, gave me so much cheek, told him my bank would now be taking it further and he saod good luck have a nice day and hung up!! I've no idea who or what this company is I've NOT signed up for anything, when they first took a payment I even tried to log in and there was no account registered to my email,

I've only given 1 star as the option…

I've only given 1 star as the option for zero isn't there.
This company fraudulently scammed me out of £29.50 aswell as the 14p that they say they will take to verify your bank account when I was looking for a quote for a loan.
When i realised they had taken the money I contacted my bank and it was only then that the 2 transactions were connected. I stopped both. My bank want me to resolve the issue with the company.. I tried.. I called them only to be refused the refund as "I am out of the 14 days cooling off period" what a joke when they fraudulently took this money and I didn't even know who the company were and had to search them online. Natalia was very rude, talked over me, and put the phone down. I rang back to speak to someone higher up she said they won't speak to me. I'm now back to the bank to raise this as fraud and will report this company as a scam. Hopefully they will be closed down before they take many more people's money

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I never got charged 14p yet this company then take £29.50 and leave me over drawn when they are supposed to help people? They said it’s on their website but their website is about shopping savings and not loans. Thankfully I am within the government and emergency services officer by trade so have reported the company and instructed a solicitor. I request a full refund before I take this further !!

Scamming company

I was not advised of any kind of subscription and you took £29.50 from my account which was my last money to buy food, being so broke at the moment was literally the reason I looked at you in the first place. I need this money back in my account otherwise I am literally going to starve.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I tried for a loan and charged 14p yet this company then take £29.50 two weeks later. They said it’s on their website but their website is about shopping savings and not loans. I spoke with them on the phone, they were rude and unhelpful. They are not a lender and take money illegally. I have informed a solicitor.

Absolutely disgraceful and unethical…

Absolutely disgraceful and unethical practice.

Have woken up to £29.50 being deducted from my account. Was only advised a 14p charge would be deducted to check the validity of my account and have woken to this a few days later. Please provide me with a full refund as I have not signed up to any subscription with you and want you to remove me from your records. You are advertising a service that is directed at people in financial difficulty and taking money without consent.

This is actually not funny..how could…

This is actually not funny..how could you remove money from my account without my knowledge. I woke up to see 29.50 deducted from my hard earned money without prior knowledge. What I read in the contract was about 14p which had been deducted. I didn't sign up for this and I would take this up. I am also reporting this to my bank immediately as this already isn't what I signed up for. Please, refund my money or I will call you out.

First time I've ever been SCAMMED

Never even heard of this company they are a total scam. Woke up to 29.50 being deducted from my account, if the same happens to you make sure you report them! Rang their customer services and they were completely useless, checked my emails and no confirmation sent on the day I supposedly signed up..they couldn't even tell me who they are or what they do!! Unbeleivably shocking in every way!!! I want my money back!! I Will be taking this issue further!!

Cant belive this!!Absolute scam

Cant belive this!!Absolute scam, I must have stumbled upon this company when searching for a short term loan to cover an unexpected expense which I could not afford, I do not remember seeing their website because I certainly would not pay £29.50 for a savings subscription. They ask you to verify your bank details for the loan, when really it is a scam to tie you into a subscription. I have had payment leave my account with no idea where they were coming from as I certainly have not subscribed to this purposefully and I have not received any emails so could not find a way to unsubscribe.You can't log in on their website because they never send you login details! Absolute scam!!
Update.
The company emailed me and promised me to do refund and cancel the subscription. Must say they kept their promise I had my money back in less than 24hrs
