The plumber’s full name is Yasin Hamza Jalal Dean known as Yaaz. He charged us £300 and disappeared without fixing the issue. He literally opens up a company every few months to avoid court claims. You can still take him to small claims don’t feel discouraged. It doesn’t matter what’s the company’s name it’s who’s operating it.
He even uses his family members to pop up new companies. His current company is called fast technicians and is registered to Kyle Kasim Din and he continues to scam people just look it up in companies house.
If a plumber comes to your house calling himself Yaaz or Yasin, ABORT THE MISSION!
You’re better off paying £49 quid for the call out than £490 for BS “fixing”
No transparency on pay
No transparency on pay, charged close to £400 for a basic boiler service for a pensioner
Excellent service.thank you very much

Best Plumbing Service in Chester
I had an issue with my sink and called their onsite technicians. They arrived very quickly and fixed the problem right away. Great service - fast, efficient, and reliable!
Great company great service 😊🙏
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Called on a Sunday and they arranged somone to come out and was ONLY advised about the £49 call-out fee. The electrician arrived and fixed the fault within 40 minutes and this “company” initially wanted to charge £499 for the privilege. They “spoke with their finance department” and the cost was then reduced to £400 which is still absurd. Asked for an itemised bill and all it states is:
Call out fee £49
Materials £17
Labour £334
The electrician was here for 40 minutes!!! Absolutely disgraceful hiked pricing which at no point was clearly explained. No information anywhere available on a complaints process/regulators.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
Cancelled call, but still charged call out fee.
Phoned the company with a gas leak issue. Advised the call handler that I needed a fast response, due to stalled building work. The call Handler stated £49 call out charge, and an engineer would be on site in 1 to 1.5 Hrs. After 1Hr the call handler called back to state that the engineer would not be available for another 2hrs, which was too late. When I asked to cancel the Call out, the adviser stated that I still had to pay the call out charge, as it was in their terms and conditions, which I have still not seen. So £49 for absolutely nothing.
Professional and reliable service
I had a very positive experience. Communication was clear, the service was handled professionally, and everything was explained in detail. The company was reliable, responsive, and ensured that everything was taken care of smoothly. I would definitely recommend Best Technicians to everyone.
Stay clear of this company!!!!
Stay clear of this company!!!!
They ripped off my elderly parents with a £492 charge for 2 hours work. They were not informed before the work was carried out about this charge just told the call out fee.
Owner was extremely rude when we rang to question the charge even putting the phone down on us!!
Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off. They charged me just for enquiring about a job.

Boiler
I will keep it short. We really needed our boiler sorted.
What got us was the name and was fooled.
The Best technicians.
Sadly I am still waiting for an answer from my complaint on the 12may.
Water still leaking on my electric lights

A SCAM
Similarly to many people's experience. Called them, organised time for 2 weeks later. For changing a tap in the kitchen and the handle of the toilet they tried to charge us $1300. I was horrified! No explanation of the costs, harassed my partner by phone when he asked for a breakdown before paying.
The plumber didn't even end up actually fixing the toilet!
A total scam!

BEWARE
Advertised on Google under a plumber near me. Called requesting a plumber to stop a small leak under my kitchen sink. The technician came out after around 2 hours and to his credit was excellent and repaired the leak within an hour. I was aware that there was a callout fee of around £49.00 but as there were no materials used I didn't expect the final bill of £419! Good workmanship but horrific charge

Avoid these scammers
Told me it was a £49 call out fee plus parts and labour on top. I thought this was a good price, and went ahead to have my boiler fixed (i had no running hot water). The plumber who came out was polite and arrived promptly. No part was needed to fix the problem and it took about 30-40 minutes to complete. I then received a call from Best Technicians and they told me the price was £349. Even the plumber was shocked, absolutely ridiculous price, I tried to argue it over the phone. I feel like an idiot for eventually paying it. This company is a scam. They do not disclose there actual pricing. I'm sure they just make it up. They don't even send a breakdown of what has been done. Please avoid at all costs. I've learnt the hard way. Scam, scam, scam.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! wanted a small job done shared that there would be a £49 call out fee which would then be then taken off the total price , which wasn't quoted at the time. Didn't show up on the day. They did call to say a job had over run. Said they would come the next day at 10am . 11am I called them, for them to say the plumbers van had broken down and would not be attending so would have to come the next day . I then saw the reviews and rang to cancel on the morning of the job , the job was booked in late afternoon. The guy said I still had to pay the £49 even though they never came out, and was not warned I would still have to pay if I cancelled . He then threatened to send debt collectors round to get the money. Didn't want to listen even though they cancelled on me twice!! Please do not use this company this is not the way to run a business . They are not transparent around what they charge and how they charge you.

they dont share important details while booking service
from personal experience... called them as first name on google for a non-urgent work. The guy who picked the phone asked where the leak was. Informed that it was just the wash basin plug which got stuck and nothing urgent. I was advised that the technician would come in 1-2hrs with the call out charge of £49 and other labour and material charge depending upon the nature of the work. The technician came in and was good and professional. work was completed in an hour.
Now the fun part... the technician didn't give me the bill and i got a call from their office saying that my bill was £398!!
I asked for the itemised invoice which was as following:
call out charge - £49
emergency labour - £334
material - £15
I called them back and asked for their complain procedure as the "emergency labour" and its cost was not explained to me on phone and by all means the nature of my problem was not urgent. The lady on phone refused to share their complaint procedure saying that they had already answered all my doubts! after insisting for long, they gave an email address which am not sure would be helpful.
Appears like a way to scam people by hiding important piece of information as call out charge of £49 was told but the "emergency labour" cost was not explained till the time of billing.
No one pays £400 to replace a sink plug!! stay away from such dubious services.
