I had a very positive experience with the OSL team while completing my security license requirements.
The team was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my process. I completed my 40-hour training, submitted my background check, and provided my CPR certificate as required. However, there was a significant delay in receiving my TCN number from the certification team, which took more than two weeks. During that time, I tried calling and emailing but did not receive a response.
Despite this situation, the OSL team stood by me and supported me every step of the way. They followed up on my behalf, apologized for the inconvenience, and even arranged another CPR class for me to ensure my process could move forward. Their professionalism and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
I am giving a 5-star rating only because of the OSL team. They are very kind, supportive, and responsive. They usually respond within one day, and even if you call and they miss your call, they make sure to call you back. Their quick response and genuine care for students really stand out.
I would especially like to thank Sam for her outstanding support. She was patient, responsive, and truly committed to helping me succeed. Her assistance made a big difference in my experience.
