A Great Experience
The course is well put together.
And also there was the option to seek help which was not necessary for myself.
Being a licensed Security Guard in another Province for a number of years, this course served as a refresher as to the duties and responsibilities of a Security Guard.
I was very satisfied at completion of the course.

Not Good, but Sufficient.
I would describe this course overall as "good enough".
It will meet the requirements to get your security license.
However, the content is made with AI, and you will find yourself going through the same information more than once, first through video then through reading.
The multiple choice practice questions contain spelling mistakes in some places, as well as questions that are the same information just worded slightly differently. Others are just of poor quality with broad questions and overly wordy answer choices. Others contain answer options that wouldn't make gramatical sense as an answer to the question, making it more of an english test than a theory question. I would not be surprised if the questions were generated by AI as well.

Excellent customer service
Hello everyone!
Let me briefly share my story. I needed to get a CRJMC for my SL. I registered through the Ontario Security License to get it. While answering the question, a minor issue popped up. There was outdated info wherever. I contacted the customer team for chat support. I got lucky to discuss my issue with Isabel J. Swink. I want to share my true appreciation for her, her advice, patience, and time to answer all my emails. She is an amazing helper. She is a person who is fully aware of being in that role in the workplace environment. I would love to see/chat/talk with more people like her, doing their part of the job. Just incredible customer service and stress-free!
The issue was resolved. I completed all the questions regarding CRJMC. Less than 10 mins, I received it, and I was able to renew my SL.
Thank you to you, Isabel! Thank you to OSL and Triton. Keep helping the people, and stay dedicated to your job. We definitely need more people like you!

Course was fine, not sure if there are better ways ??
The course was easy to use & follow. They need to be more clearer if you choose the First Aid add-on. It is not on-line and is done by a 3rd party in person. The course is all done by AI, I would prefer something more of a human connection. Some people saying they got their Lic. is 5 days, this is a minimal of 30days to get your Lic. in hand.
The second part of my review has nothing to do with OSL but my whole exp. at getting my Lic.
If the Gov. is forcing me to take a 40hr course and pass, I shouldn't have to take another course pay again with the Ont. Gov. !?! Its bullshit... The whole thing is another scam $$ grab...
The knowledge and what they expect a security guard to perform; you would have to be someone 100k a yr. Most people making minimal wage aren`t goanna do 1/2 this shit...
There is no way this course should be 40hrs long, that is retarded !

To clarify, the in-person CPR training and final exam are PSISB requirements and must be completed through certified third-party providers. While the 40 hours is the recommended learning time, though you’re free to take longer if needed.
