I recommend this company.
I found the course easy to take and it was nice that I could do it at my own pace. The people were very friendly and very eager to help. I dont live in Toronto but they found me a Red Cross course with an AMAZING Instructor in no time flat.
On the down side I found the website difficult to navigate at times (after I finished the course it took me almost two days to find where to send them the Red Cross certificate) and the timers would reset sometimes meaning I would have to wait longer between segments.
The TCN number was supposed to arrive between 3-5 days, i didn't get mine for over two weeks.

Please note, the timers on each module are required by the ministry to ensure the minimum course time is met, while the TCN delay was due to a temporary website outage during system maintenance.
