I took MCR3U (Grade 11 University Math) with Ontario Virtual School, and my experience was honestly excellent. The best part of taking a course with OVS was the flexibility, it allowed me to work at my own pace while still staying organized and on track. The course layout was very clear, and everything I needed was easy to access.

I chose to take this course with OVS instead of my regular day school because I wanted a more structured online environment that would let me focus and improve my understanding of the material. That decision definitely paid off. The teacher was very responsive to my questions and marked evaluations in a timely manner, which really helped me stay motivated and confident.

I made frequent use of the practice tests, exams, and online resources provided, and they were extremely helpful in preparing me for assessments. The support from the school office and student success team was also great whenever I had a question, I received quick and helpful responses.

Overall, OVS provided a smooth and positive e-learning experience, and I was able to finish the course with a 97%, which I’m very proud of. I would definitely recommend Ontario Virtual School to students looking for a flexible, supportive, and well-organized online learning option.

Honestly I really liked the setup, my teachers response time was so fast, I would get all my assignments marked within a day or two. The instructions were always self explanatory and I understood the content well with the online lessons.

Very organized layout, helpful resources and very nice staff and administration. Overall great experience, will be using again.

The best part of taking ENG4U on line was the flexibility and my ability to set my own pace and work around other commitments. My school offered summer online, but that ENG4U course was only 3 weeks long - so I knew I would not really retain much knowledge. OVS' ENG4U was structured into units that built on one another with a summative that incorporated all the course work and really doubled as an exam review. The teacher for my OVS course was so amazing at responding and providing help/ guidance. He also marks assignments and test extremely fast and provided great feedback.

I had a great experience taking SCH4U (Grade 12 Chemistry) with Ontario Virtual School. The best part of OVS was how well-structured and organized the course was — everything was clear, accessible, and easy to follow, which made learning independently much less stressful.

My experience at OVS was great. I did Gr12 Advanced Functions and the course layout was so good. I was able to understand the important concepts due to the fact that I had the freedom to work on my own pace and the lessons provided were extremely useful and simple to follow. The homework and practice tests were so helpful as they reflected concepts that were on the assessments. To add on, my teacher was great at responding to emails and was such a quick marker. Overall, my time at OVS was great and I highly recommended it.

My experience with OVS was great! I took Grade 11 Biology to be able to do my Gr12 Bio in my day school. The teacher replied very quickly, and the course material was easy to go through and understand. I also got it to be submitted for OUAC in time.

During my time taking Advanced Functions at OVS my teacher was extremely helpful and encouraging. The website and learning methods made understanding this difficult course feel much easier and truly helped my confidence grow when learning math. I really enjoyed the self pace concept of OVS and how my teacher marked all my tests within less than 24 hours and provided the best feedback. Thank you OVS!

I loved ovs it helped me gain a better understanding of working on my own and allowed me to work at my pace the teachers were kind and very helpful and the work felt less like a chore and more rewarding once I fully understood the course content

The teachers were really helpful and made sure to mark work and reply to emails as soon as possible. The content posted explains everything in detail as well as the vertical labs which helped put things into a real world perspective. Definitely recommend!

I loved taking my online course with Ontario Virtual High School. It was manageable with both my in-person classes and lessons were always so interesting, with engaging activities for me to complete in my learning journal. I took the course because I needed an extra U-level course for applying to a certain university for next year! This was a life-saver and I learned a lot during my food & nutrition grade 12 level course.

I took MFH4U with OVS and the experience was great because I could learn in my own pace. The teacher often replied to my email and questions within two business days. The tests I have completed were marked really quickly. I believed I got the result back within 10 hours. The school office and student success team from OVS were really helpful and they could answer all of my questions clearly. The procedure to posted the marks to OUAC was really easy and clear.

I found this course extremely helpful, there were many key aspects to this course but what I found best for me how response and quick the teachers were with there responses and grading. This course has been excellent for me and I am most likely coming back to complete another course

Ovs made my high school experience a whole lot easier i got the comfort of working on my education from the comfort and safety of my home. Due to the stress of daily school i decided to take ovs and have never looked back on my decision. My teacher marked everything within two days and responded to all my emails in less than thirty minute. I found the online textbook's and practise to be extremely helpful it helped me grow and develop my understanding of the course. The school office was always around to answer any questions and help out in any situation. All my marks got uploaded to ouac efficiently and fast. Overall my ovs experience is amazing and has enhanced my education incredibly.
