Onthatass boxers high quality
I tried two pairs of On That Ass boxers about a year ago, and they’ve since become my main point of reference when it comes to underwear. They feel high-quality and very durable. While other boxers (cheap ones to be honest) I’ve owned tend to show signs of wear over time (like small holes or thinning fabric), the On That Ass ones have held up really well.

Scammers
Scammers. Entice you in with free offers that you will not receive. Then they charge you for a subscription whilst you are sat waiting for delivery of the free offers. Then when you try to cancel they say you cannot cancel until after they have charged you for yet another subscription in a months time. If you cancel your payment type with them before the subscription is due they will then threaten you with debt collectors AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Steer clear of this company
Steer clear of this company , the boxers are not that good quality, then you will find it difficult to cancel the subcription paying £11.99 a month for boxers, if you are late with it then cannot cancel and have to pay that month , they also threatened to send it a debt collector if I didn’t pay it. I eventually paid but apparently because it was 2 weeks late with payment , I am no longer entitled to boxers even though I just paid £11.99!!!! Total scam

Awful misleading do not use
The underwear itself is very tight even 2 sizes up definitely not worth the £12.99. The whole subscription model feels dishonest and misleading. And definitely not free. Do not sign up. There is no way to contact the company to talk directly to any one. Once they have your payment details there is no way to remove them. Do not use this company. On that ass remove my payment details and my account.

Canceled Subscription and still take my money!!!!!!!!!
Cancelled my subscription and have been debited for the last two months although my account membership shows inactive.
Have tried contacting customer service which they make very difficult to do with a useless chatbot and an email which they do not respond to. Been waiting over a week for a response with radio silence.

Terrible experience and scam
Shit company and misleading “free boxers” advertisement. When I signed up nowhere did it say I was signing up for a subscription it’s just said get free boxers so I did and nowhere did it say they will be charging my account. The next month they try to take money out of my account and they couldn’t because I ordered a new card. I then got several reminder emails threatening to charge a £13.50 reminder fee and an extrajudicial collection cost of £40. In the end I made the payment and finally cancelled my membership then I found out I had to make another final payment after I had already cancelled the membership for a product I don’t even want anymore. Stay far far away surprised it’s still even a company

Terrible business model
This company has a terrible business model. I tried to subscribe but because my housemate has a subscription, I couldn’t do it. Contacted the company, who told me that to prevent fraud, I couldn’t have a subscription with them. I don’t know what kind of fraud they’re talking about, because they take payment for the boxers first and send it to the address. Not difficult…

Amazing
Amazing, being a fella of the bigger variety I find it hard to get good fitting underwear with a good amount of cuppage. These pants do the job perfect great fit round the waist and legs, whilst the cuppage feels like no cuppage I have ever had the please of being cupped by. All in all a great pair of pants and great cuppage.
