Lenny was very attentive and helpful, answering a lot of my questions honestly. A pleasure to deal with. Wasn't pushy, but had good advise.

I phoned on the wheel to enquire the bike was still available in the morning Lenny answered the phone and confirmed the bike was still for sale. I explained i was about 90min away and asked if the bike was to be sold before i got there could he give me a call? Lenny went one better and said he would hold the bike for two hours for me. The bike was exactly as described on the website and after looking around the bike we agreed on a price and i arranged to collect the bike in a couple of days. On the day of handover everything went very smooth and there was no pushy sales pitch on the extras such as extended warranty. Unfortunately on the way home the bike developed a small issue. Now i believe you can only really tell how good a company is when you need to use the after care and on the wheel are first class. I called Lenny who arranged collection of the bike investigated and fixed the issue and delivered the bike back to me. I was kept informed the whole time. If your looking for your next bike pop in and speak to Lenny. Top guy top company. The only downside to the whole buying process is you are not able to test ride the bikes due to being so close to a port where bikes have gone missing in the past.

I had seen my perfect bike in the Superstore and was eager to prevent it being sold before I had time to fully negotiate a trade in deal using my existing scooter. Fortunately for me, Lenny was on hand to talk me through my options. Lenny was very helpful and informative and I was able to leave a small refundable holding deposit to secure 'my' machine. As this would be first 'big' bike, Lenny was very reassuring that this was a perfect bike for me and explaining some of the optional extras I should consider when completing the purchase. 10/10

A good experience never realised the large superstore had so many good quality New and pre owned motorcycles and scooters, so got a great deal on a Sinnis scooter for my motorhome, lenny in sales was brilliant albeit the voice mailbox was constantly overwhelmed with enquiries, so happy ,staff friendly and helpful,no pressure , just see it and buy it no frills dealership all good 👍

very happy with the service I received and the bike I bought was a NEW Suzuki Burgman 125cc, the person I dealt with was called LENNY C PARTRIDGE at the Southwick Dealership in Brighton, he was so helpful and friendly and professional and made it very easy for me to decide on what bike to get, I've just got to wait and see what the aftercare will be like in the future? hopefully, still be helpful and supportive as I have had issues in the past with bikes of Brighton which weren't supportive and a bad experience, so we'll see.
