Couldn't be more simple dealing with Lenny on my latest purchase. I'm not one for long drawn out processes, and my experience from start to finish was great. Had everything explained to me as we went, with different options and no additional services (extended warranty etc) offered but without it feeling overbearing. Very happy with the service, already looking for another bike and will very likely come here again. Thanks again Lenny - look forward to dealing with you again in the future.

Absolutely horrific I’m a young lad who brought a Yamaha wr125 for 2000£ with the not running out in 2 months I didn’t think much of it as I brought the bike from this company I knew it would pass anyway but no it had failed everything in mot and I’m in a financial crisis at the moment and I’m on the verge of losing my job because I can’t use the bike to get to work they have not check or fixed anything on the bike and ripped me off by paying 2000£ for broken bike absolutely disgusting do not ever buy any bikes from here sales men name was Lenny

Lenny was great all the way through the process of buying my first bike! From before even putting a deposit down, helping with advice for insurance and then a thorough run through after purchase. I'm very happy with On The Wheel and my new bike.
Having purchased a NIU GT EVO I had…
On the wheel superstore Brighton....Having purchased a NIU GT EVO from some random man that was sold a bike from on the wheel I had issues after 10 months with the batteries " error codes" I rang up and spoke to a service guy who sounded depressed from.tge minute I spoke to him and full of apathy..I sent my bike to Brighton (over 100 hundred miles ) to be serviced for which it cost me £4.89 plus £400 there and back ..it came back to me weeks later and the error codes were still there and the bike slowed down on me in the road...I rang back up and spoke to the same man who then passed me on to.someone else who then said they would " email NIU" and get in touch with me ...two weeks later when i decided to contact THEM i got the ususal
Sluggish response of oh I'll email them again 😳🙄 for which I responded can you not ring them for which they did
.another week later I had a call from a lady from NIU itself for which she apologized about the long delays blah blah blah...and suggested that I yet again send in my bike £400 there and back and another £159 for a second bill to pay for something that was NOT fixed in the first place 😆.... So when I received my bike he k.tye second time I was hopeful as I was told by NIU that EVERYTHING was fine ...oh no it wasn't the second I pressed my fob to turn it on it wouldn't come on and when I repressed it again it came on and instantly starting flashing error 192..
To say I'm in disbelieve at not only the miserable phone calls to the service department and the actual check and brass neck to charge me a second time of £159 for a job that wasn't correctly fixed is mind blowing... I accepted that I pay the transportation fees to and from.on the wheel Brighton but to actually telle on the phone I have to pay for the battery failure work is a joke and just illustrates the incompetence and apathy I have received...my bike was also out of warranty which I accept but to keep charging me twice is a joke ..also telling me the first time that they replaced an under floor battery and then charging me for a second under floor battery is just laughable..
Stay away from NIU and their horrific lack of customer service skills and get another electric bike from a reputable company like bmw...
