Reliable and efficient.

Regular and reliable. I am kept informed very quickly if there is a problem with collection, e.g. road closure causing delays etc. They are easy to contact by phone and staff are always professional, helpful and friendly, and subscriptions are easy to renew. This type of contact and efficiency are very important to customers. It has been a pleasure to recommend Onward to several people who have asked about my bin.
