Excellent company
So..purchased a Garmin surf,arrived within days but unfortunately wouldn't work properly. Sent a message that was replied to swiftly with a paid returns label. Daniel answered many emails and queries and we decided on getting a replacement. This arrived within a day of them receiving the malfunctioning watch back..unbelievably quick service!!! Replacement watch works perfectly and looks amazing. I know there have been some negative reviews about customer service but I have never had such a positive experience. Thanks to Daniel for all his help,efficiency and patience. Would definitely recommend oobuy.

Bad customer service
I purchased an item and tried cancelling before they posted it. They never answered the email and sent it. I’ve tried getting in touch to return the item and they’re still no answering. Not a good company if they don’t return an answer. No customer service number to contact them.
I will go and purchase else where.

I would normally steer clear of resellers of refurbished units as not sure what I would end up getting.
What convinced me to give them a go was the quality of the Garmin Edge that my neighbour ordered and received from them. It looked like new with all the packaging and accessories. Decided to give Oobuy a go as have a big bike trip coming up and ordered a Garmin Edge 1030 Plus. Arrived the next day and I am very happy with the unit. Will use them again!

Perfect Garmin Instinct
Wanted a Garmin Instinct 2s Solar but they’re rather pricey. Found Oobuy in a google search and whilst I was a bit dubious about buying a recon, the price was great. As it turns out this is overhauled and works and looks like new, it’s just as it would be out of a new box. No scratches, chips or signs of wear. It arrived within 24hrs and works perfectly. No hesitation in recommending Oobuy.
