SCAM Company! Do not order from them!
This company/website is a SCAM! Do not order from them. Check productreview and ACCC for complaints. The website looks totally legit, with Instagram and FB pages plus positive customer comments (all the negative comments have been deleted) and even YouTube "unboxing" videos. When you order, you receive confirmation emails and communication from their website that your order has been placed. You even get an email saying it has been shipped the next day. One month later, item is not dispatched, then I find out from other websites that I'm not the only one. Emailed them, they even replied "we will look into AustPost" for you. There is no ABN number, or company address on their website. No one will pickup the landline either. The site needs to be taken down! Thank God I purchased with buyer protection, but I'm very annoyed to see an .au website acting fraudulently!
