Unacceptable 100%
I've ordered a Dog Tag on December 16, 2011. My hope was to get it before the New Year at least. Well, nothing yet. I've emailed them about the order. Some Mark guy,that doesn't know how to write an email, and who's probably their custodian, told me that they're out of stock. If I want the refund is OK, if not they'll send me a $3.00 shipping charge, when the product arrives("next week" he said two weeks ago). There wasn't any shipping charges mentioned in 2010, why, after I've been waiting a year(sic!), there charging me for the shipping? Mystery! I said fine, go ahead! Nothing as of today Jan.07/2011. I'm done waiting, time to move on to a different company.
I wonder how are they not bankrupt yet.?They should let us know. Maybe this is the answer for our economical mess. Or the reason?
