We had a very good experience with OP3 Byg and especially with Rami Lomholt during our house renovation.
Rami has a really good team of skilled people around him - plumber, electrician, carpenter, mason, painter etc. - and in our experience they all did a very good job. Whenever something unexpected came up, Rami was generally good at finding a solution and getting things moving again.
Our kitchen turned into a bit of a nightmare because of a huge mess with the kitchen supplier, Invita. Rami had actually recommended Invita to us, so unfortunately he was also somewhat caught in the middle of the situation. Nevertheless, he was very understanding and compassionate throughout the whole process and did his best to fix or work around the problems caused by the kitchen supplier. We also got some discount through him, which we obviously appreciated.
Rami is obviously a busy man, so sometimes it took a little while to get hold of him, but whenever something really needed to be dealt with, he followed up and helped us get it sorted.
Overall, we are very happy with the work and with the people Rami has working with him. Renovating a house is never completely straightforward, and things will inevitably go wrong. For us, what mattered was having someone who actually tried to solve the problems when they happened. Rami did that, and we would be happy to work with OP3 Byg again.
