If you're not going to use all your credits... Don't bother.

I wished to create TTI (Text to Image) assets to use for my business as well as use the plethora of apparent available resources provided. I opted for a pay monthly plan to 'renew' my credits for generation of assets. It was not made clear that said credits (which I paid $56 a month) would be deleted if not utilized within the month. For example, I had 15,000 credits left from the previous month, deleted. The credit system resets to 24,000 every month. The credits you can purchase as an additional 'top up' roll over. So, thinking that I could instead just pay for the credits I need, instead of a subscription, I wanted to cancel my subscription and just pay for the credits I use... They delete everything. I cannot cancel my subscription without losing all of my assets. Now, I understand to some that this could be petty, but the reason for my subscription and utilization of their service was for ease of access and immediate, simple access to what was created. I did not expect to be penalized for just wanting to pay for what I use, instead of saying goodbye to credits I didn't use. A simple roll over system of credits is not a difficult ask for paying customers, and when questioned, the general consensus is a 'so sad, too bad' kind of attitude. Will be saving all my assets and going somewhere else. Not a great place for retention of customers.

Openart offers an excellent array of AI…

Openart offers an excellent array of AI tools that can do some amazing things. They do a good job in having tutorials but the fact is, it takes practice to learn how to get the most of the many features they offer. Patience, practice, and using their outstanding customer service pay off.

I bought a year's subscription based on the available apps and the cost, which I think is quite reasonable when compared to other sites

Their customer support is prompt and also very personal. It was one of the factors that made me want to sign up. They will help you learn the program and are friendly and positive at the same time!

Just a wrapper of models

Just an aggregator or wrapper of models.
You are better served using directly the official model website (eg. klingai, grok imagine).
Also note that after usage of 100 credits or less I was unsatisfied with the results. They refused a refund.

Worst company I have ever used in my…

Worst company I have ever used in my life. They do not allow your credits to rollover, support does not answer your emails for weeks, ignores you, and literally stole over $300 dollars from me. IF, you can even find their support email. Good luck. Had to consult ChatGPT just to find a contact. What company doesn't honor what you have paid for, and deletes everything you have ever paid for upon cancelling service. Literally software thieves. Oh, not to mention to thousands of wasted credits on ERRORS with their AI generations. Absolutely ridiculous. They are liars, cheaters, and absolute MAFIA of software with zero accountability. REGULATORS - come after this company immediately. Avoid at all costs. I promise you do not use this company. You will regret it.

USER BEWARE — Zero Humans, Canned Replies, Misleading Billing

**I cancelled my subscription before the date the OpenArt UI clearly stated, yet I was charged for another month the same day I submitted the cancellation — effectively shifting the billing date backward without explanation.**
When I contacted support, I received the exact same automated response twice, referencing a "strict cancellation policy" that is not published anywhere on their site. Over nearly a month of trying, I was unable to reach a single human being for clarification — only canned replies or silence.
Based on my experience and the many similar reviews here, OpenArt appears to rely on unclear or undisclosed policies, misleading UI messaging, and non‑existent customer support. They are eager to promote upgrades and paid plans, but completely absent when it comes to resolving legitimate billing issues.
**For all its promise, this platform is not trustworthy. I strongly caution others to steer clear.**

Bizarre

Bizarre, it destroys what you've already built. After rebuilding, it does it again, the timeline doesn't get saved, and you will always lose your previous edit.

Keep up the good work.

I have been using OpenArt for nearly a year, and generally, I have been very impressed. All the latest models for image and video are there and easy to use; the model training feature is excellent. So far I have no complaints. Keep up the good work.

I would advise not to do a paid subscription with Openart AI. Paid credits do not rollover and are reset to zero showing their disrespect for paying customers. There are many other and often better platforms in the market who value their customers much better.

Credit Card Fraud

I used it for a trial and bought a membershipship for the first month but just 2 weeks in the plan, I knew am not going to use it again and therefore i deactivated my subscription. But they still charged me and activated my accoutnt too. This website is not legit. They do not even have easy way to contact the team. I tried for 5 or 10 mins to find out how to contact them but couldnt. I do not have time or patience to keep searching for the way to contact them. Do not save your credit card information with them. Delete your account if you do not want to use it.
