I gave Openart ai 5 stars because their tech support was fabulous. They listen to my issue with the website, offer various solutions, and in the end offered one that resolved my issue. I haven't hade that kind of tech support in a very long time. Thanks again to Openart's support team.

There is obviously a color bias when you clearly upload a black male character but after describing how you what him to look, he consistently comes out as a Caucasian male or Mullato.

Im new to Open Art and thoroughly enjoyed the creation of my first video! However, my outcome was terrible and offensive to say the least. I would appreciate a refund of the credit I used to create my second video and a remake of the video.

Firstly, I requested that my character, an African American male artist, be used throughout the video. Instead, a full cast of white male figures were used in most of my video doing strange things to say the least, but certainly not illustrating a " Spiritual struggle" as i conveyed it in my wording or descriptionof the video.

I may not have done the best wording as it was my first time using Openart, but I certainly made it clear that my artist was the focal point throughoutthe video. Instead the system used a certain white male subject throughout who inconsistently depicted a spiritual figure.

My credits finally reloaded after purchasing additional credits to fix Openarts mistakes and still got the same results. This time, with a new character who is also an African American male, I was smart by just trying to play around with changing his scenery and making him a sports figure.....Yes you guessed right, I ended up with another white male. I literally wanted to throw my phone! I did some research and learned that this is a known issue with many ai formats. Oh yeah, they will not answer my emails! Wish I had seen this thread earlier because any time you have more 1s than 5s, it's pretty obvious that positive ai comments are being generated to balance the negative ones. Please help me openart, please!

Thank you,

Movabiloe

I gave five stars based on the customer…

I gave five stars based on the customer service alone. No other app has addressed my concerns or supported me the way Open Art has. Their AI program isn’t perfect, but they genuinely strive to deliver the best product and service possible. Because of that commitment, they not only earned my five-star rating, but also a returning customer.
I’ve used other apps that simply apologized for my issue and left it at that—no solutions, no assistance, nothing. I ended up deleting my account. I choose to spend my money and recommend services where I feel valued and taken care of.
While there’s still room for growth, the level of care and attention they show their customers makes it clear they’re on the right path. With time, they’ll continue to improve and get even better.

For OpenArt

Once again, I'm back here to express my opinion. I also encountered a few problems, but thanks to the prompt support of the support team, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. I am especially pleased with the support from the support team.
I would like to take this opportunity to write a few lines to express my support for OpenArt, especially for the support team, who resolved issues faster than I imagined.

Sincerely,

They scam hard

They scam hard, I took a 1-year subscription because they give free generations. Then they disable them before I manage to use them. They should be available for one year. If I knew, I would not pay for a year but just for a month.

The credit system feels very unfair

The credit system feels very unfair. A 3-minute music video can cost around 6,000 credits, and most generated segments still need editing, which uses even more credits. I understand AI isn’t perfect and will make mistakes, but in this case it almost feels intentional, as if the system is designed to make users spend more money.

Scam!!!!

Doesn't work, like all these apps subscriptions test the water with the cheapest option, paid for a month, didn't work so decided to cancel, should still last a month, all my credits paid for gone. Avoid with all costs!

I am very disappointed in OpenArt.ai…

I am very disappointed in OpenArt.ai with their video creation. I mean maybe it is Kling 3.0 what is not delivering but OpenArt is charging me and all of the videos I make are no usable because the get the narration way wrong from a quoted script or in the case of a referenced image, all I wanted was them to drop my image at the end with a voiceover and they redid the image, which I told them not to do and completely screwed up the spelling. They do some things very well but when they make huge mistakes and I can't use the video but I still get charged the credits, there is no way they should be in business. It is theft. It's like going to the grocery store, buying milk and coming home only to find out it is sour.

Signed up for a free trial, but it's not free!!

Signed up for a free trial, but the free credit they give you is not enough to even do one simple trial. Complete waste of time, why would I choose to pay for something if I can't even try it for free to see if does what I need??

No star or less

No star or less. They say it is free, but you have to pay for credits to use it. So it is not free. Another false advertising.

Dumb A.I. Steals Expensive Credits

The A.I. is very dumb. I asked it to create an image and it couldn't get it right, even after the 12th time, but it still deducted a lot of credits, which were not cheap. I had similar experiences with other images. I described the image in the prompt in detail, and was rarely satisfied with the results. I do not recommend it. It's a waste of money.

They offer decent AI, but garbage service.

They offer decent AI, however I paid money for credits on their site and I haven't used my credits from 11,000 credits and coming back after a month and having 4 credits left, I paid for these credits and discontinued their subscription just to come back with no credits which I paid for. Basically, if you stop paying, they'll take everything that you paid for last month as well. Absolute garbage way to do business.

Great customer service

I reached out to customer support after I realized that I had made an annual commitment by mistake. Despite the strict cancellation policy, OpenArt staff responded quickly and kindly gave me a full refund as I requested. In the few hours between, I had a chance to try out the tool and was so impressed by its easy learning curve that I actually chose to resubscribe :)

WARNING: Extremely Disappointing Experience

Extremely Disappointing Experience – No Support, No Refunds

I paid over $200 for OpenArt AI’s Wonder plan, which included more than 100,000 credits to build my portfolio. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a complete waste of money.

I created a music video using their platform. Every short preview clip looked fine, but once I did the full render, the lip sync was completely off every single time. I tried over and over to fix it, burning through all of my credits in the process. Nothing worked.

I contacted their support team asking if my credits could be refunded since the issue was clearly happening on their end. Their response was basically that “AI makes mistakes” and that I should keep experimenting and adjusting things myself. In other words, I was blown off. After multiple attempts, they refused to refund my credits or take any responsibility.

To make matters worse, it takes them 24–48 hours to respond to emails, which is unacceptable for a paid plan at this price point. They also have a massive public bug list, so these problems are clearly known — yet they still won’t stand behind their product.

I’m posting this to warn anyone considering this platform: think twice. The support is terrible, bugs are rampant, and they do not refund credits even when their system fails. I’ll be contacting my bank to issue a chargeback since OpenArt refuses to resolve this themselves.
