Absolute disaster
Absolute disaster. Apparently there is no communication between supplier and the warehouse. I was able to select a date on their website for 31-12. Never received if. Been calling the transport company. I keep getting notification each day for 3 days now that it’ll be delivered. Is has been a week, no delivery. Absolute worst service

Where's my firewood? Next day delivery, my arse.
Last Saturday I ordered a pallet of firewood expecting, hoping it would be delivered within a day or two. On the openhaardhoutxl website it states in several places next day delivery. Its now Friday and I'm still waiting. According to the shopping app they insist you use to follow the delivery, my firewood was delivered 2 hours ago and according to the delivery services DGO, it will be delivered on 3 December. Next Wednesday!
They are taking the piss.
