I was quite disappointed when I went outside the day the wood was to be delivered, to find a pallet with a cardboard box filled with bags of wood on the sidewalk in front of our house, instead of in my front garden where it very easily could have been placed and where I had prepared a space with a plastic cover ready for it. Not even a knock on our door to say they had arrived to deliver - just put it in the public sidewalk and disappear. This was not how I had expected it to be delivered - especially after reading in the site to hang up instructions as to where to put it if we were not to be home - which we were.

The grind is exactly what I was expecting and it is, indeed, crystal white.
The delivery was done very smoothly in the morning and the employee delivered it at my door, which was very convenient.

Excellent dry wood as usual. One star deducted because delivery company originally failed to deliver the order to the correct place.This was not the fault of Openhaard who successfully resolved the problem by resending the order with a different delivery vehicle. Openhaard were efficient and friendly resolving the problem.
