Tried to arrange to view a property, was told I’d be called back the day before viewing to confirm a time. Never received a call. Tried to call back to confirm viewing, went through to call centre, again told someone would call back. They call at 6pm and asked if I’d “received the confirmation email”. No, as you never sent me one nor gave me a time. I never understand how the simplest of tasks seems to be impossible for estate agents. People are making one of the biggest decision of their lives buying an house and you can’t even perform an admin task of booking a viewing time correctly, and waste people’s time when they could be arranging viewings elsewhere.

Iv been trying to view 2 properties in Warrington,Iv rung 3 times nobody returned the calls,I don’t think I’d put my house on the market with them it would never sell

From beggining to completion it went smoothly all down to Muhammad he told me he could sell my house no problem at the price we wanted and he didnt dissapoint if we had any questions he was always at the end of the phone,

Was interested in viewing a property in audendshaw. Gary Thomas from open house emailed me for more info about me. Emailed this back and I then had no response. 6 days ago. Rude. Do letting agents actually have a moral compass?????

Terrible experience using Pete and Open House Estate agents in Wigan. If you use this company PLEASE vet your buyer yourself or face SIX MONTHS wasted with a buyer who can't deliver then be threatened with numerous offensive emails claiming two weeks notice. Really unprofessional and odd, Regan and Hallworth were a FANTASTIC ALTERNATIVE.

OP House Agent services were adequate appropriate and prompt. There services were brilliant overall.
I will recommend them anyday without a second thought

I first went with another very large estate agent, who only seemed to be bothered about the percentage that they would get with the sale of my house, i then went to open house who gave me a good deal, and Adatola took great pics and sold my house in 1 week for more money than i thought it would do!!!
Open house kept me in "The Loop" and even sent me a prezzie when i moved out of the area.
Great service would recommend anyone to use them.
