My time as a Labeler and QC was a solid and positive experience. What made it great was the clear structure provided by the company—the guidelines were thorough. The real difference-maker, however, was our project admin. They were the main person we communicated with in team channels, always helpful and ready to assist each of us. Having an admin who effectively translated the company's requirements and guided our daily work was crucial and made the role run smoothly.

The workflow felt organized, and the feedback from quality checks was actually helpful for improving my accuracy, rather than just critical. It’s a role where your focus directly contributes to the project's goals, and that was satisfying. I felt supported in doing the job correctly, which isn't always a given in remote positions.

It was very good opportunity and I enjoyed. But the guideline for the task (Japanese trsnscription) was very confusing because it is based on English and not for Japanese.

The system itself was well-designed and easy to use. However, there were instances where answers to specific questions were lacking, forcing everyone to proceed with their work based on guesswork. Another negative point was that many people who onboarded the project found it already closed, leaving them unable to start work and feeling confused.

We didn't get constant respond throughout the project. The admin only responded when they had something to say, and I saw a lot of the members unable to fix their schedules and arrange other jobs. This really impacts the relationship between OpenTrain AI and freelancers. I feel it is very important to build a trust-based relationship in any kind of project, especially when we work online.
Overall, I appreciate I got the opportunity to work for this project. The instructions were clear and payments were made on time. However, please allow me to leave this comment so OpenTrain can become a much more trusted platform that many freelancers feel more motivated to work for.

it was very nice experience.There is a lot of information online criticizing this company, but I want to say that I didn't have any major issues working for this company. They provided a platform that made it easy to work, the salary was reasonable, and I was paid on time.
The fact that the project was completed earlier than expected was an issue, but that happens sometimes in this industry. It's not a problem specific to this company.
