An update on my last post opinion bureau is now the worse survey platform

I have now closed my account with them owing my £50 which they have not paid me and hardly any responses from the customer service teams and any responses you do get are quick short answers which are no help whatsoever

A discussing site that needs to go. Anyone thinking to join this don’t bother you’ll simply waste your time and get nothing in return

Scam.. dont wasting your time with this site..

The redemption process is painfully slow. It will take more than 30 days to receive the gift card and they won't reply to any support tickets.

I joined this panel last year and have yet to make the first redemption. The website is painfully slow, surveys are non-existent and the disqualification rate is high.
It could be a data harvesting (and selling) site, rather than a simple survey site. I suggest creating a new email address if you want to join them. I did and for some reason, I am getting spam messages despite NOT using the email address anywhere else.

It's one of the worst. The interface is slow and glitchy. The surveys are few and far between. You'll get timed out after filling in something for over 15 minutes so any effort is wasted. Even the help form is glitchy and doesn't send. An absolute shambles.

In my opinion, Opinion Bureau is definitely not worth doing. I have been with them for a while now and am fixing to unsubscribe. I have got the joining fee, did surveys, got to my threshold to redeem, and have not been paid. I contacted Help Desk by email, they replied back and said I received payment when I definitely know I did not. I reply back, but not even trying anymore.

Well, been using this survey site for a long while now and when I finally managed to get enough to redeem a £10 Amazon voucher, I have yet to receive it 2 months later!! I have emailed twice and no response! Yet they keep sending surveys but it seems to be a waste of time so dont bother!

Do not waste your time! Even if you think that £1.25 is a fair return for 1/2 an hour of your time, more often than not you'll get a chunk of the way through the survey before it declares that you no longer meet the criteria and get kicked out earning absolutely nothing.

Bait and switch fraud at it's simplest!

So far I have done almost five surveys. At first it shows good amount of money for the short survey. But for every single survey I have done after 15-20 min wasting ur time it says that u r not qualified.
Very disappointing

Spent 20 mins doing a survey then to be told at the end we’ve had enough responses!

Avoid it’s a joke

Unbelievable horrible customer service!! Went thru 13 emails before they accepted the fact that the survey malfunctioned,just to be told nothing they can do now,bunch of Morons! Trying to deactivate my account,but having problem with that too!! What a waste of time dealing with these people!!

This one is the most scam surveys website that i ever registered on my life, if i can give 0 star, i will give it to this website

V. Concerned to read the reviews on here. They have not wronged me yet, but I fear they will. Tbh 45 days to get paid is absolutely absurd, with who knows how long after that to actually receive any money. If they are scammers, I would be horrified - I just completed a survey on diabetes medication, which will presumably be used in serious medical research. Does anybody want scammers involved in this process ? Let's see, if they pay out. I won't do any more surveys until they do, just in case.

Reading through the other reviews of this business, I tend to agree with nearly all the other 1 star reviews. No customer service, ridiculous screen out rate, no way of getting paid.

Simply, do not bother.

i have redeem money in dec. 2021 but not received yet. still was showing processing.

It's a fake and time waste site. I have redeemed since more than 2 months but no joy. Wastage of time.
