If it were possible to assign a rating lower than one star, I would not hesitate to do so. My experience with this organization, particularly in relation to the VLN cigarette project has been marked by persistent issues concerning payment. Despite fulfilling my responsibilities and successfully completing multiple phases of the project, the organization has repeatedly failed to honor agreed-upon compensation in a timely manner, and in some cases, has not issued payment at all. I also intend to encourage others who have faced similar experiences to come forward and share their accounts. It is important that this pattern of unprofessionalism and disregard for contractual obligations be brought to light, not only to hold the organization accountable, but to protect future collaborators from encountering the same issues.

What is particularly troubling is the recurring nature of this conduct. After each project phase, they feign ignorance or conveniently "forget" to process payment an excuse that, at this point, no longer seems coincidental. I am currently owed for two completed phases of work, and based on conversations with colleagues, I am far from alone in this experience. It appears to be a consistent pattern of behavior that undermines both professional trust and ethical standards.

I had very good experience with Opinion Health which I always enjoy taking survey with the company. Great reward for my time and very professional reliable site. Most of all, I am happy to be able to contribute my own experience answering the survey and be part of it. Looking forward to being part of more future researches if I could contribute.
