It is definitely not "world-class" as stated on their website. Use another company. My bookings were cancelled without any warning or notification, drivers showed up at the wrong place and they don't seem how to know to deal with international phone numbers. This is an amateur service at best. Take an Uber of Lyft and save yourself the hassle.
