APPALING SERVICE. THEY CHARGED MORE THAN THEY PROMISED. AND PRODUCTS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. 7 WEEKS AND NOTHING. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. ALL YOU GET IS AUTOMATED BOT RESPONSES, CLAIMING THEY CANT FIND MY ORDER, I HAVE NOT USED THE CORRECT EMAIL. ALL ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. They up charge you by giving you special deals that when you click on them it automatically charges you without having you confirm if you want it in your cart. After I receive the product, not only does it not block bluelight. They already have pieces fall off. If you want to return it for refund they will tell you that you can only return if it is undamaged and has to get to them in 30 days. The shipping that it got to me took basically a month so its impossible. And you have to cover shipping yourself it is in the TOS tucked away somewhere. Or they offer you a 30% refund and you keep it.

The courier delayed my delivery, however I got a call from Optic-Blu notifying me that they will follow up with them to make sure I receive my parcel ASAP

Everything was perfect however I have been waiting for delivery since 30 June 2021

The delivery was fast and the products arrived in good, safe packaging. The complimentary cleaning kit is also high quality. Took away a star as one of the two glasses delivered was not the style choice (colour) selected online when ordering.

Very good. I also bought blue-light glasses from Takealot with another name brand and when putting next to each other they were the exact same glasses having three dots in the nose bridge. The Takealot ones were just almost half the price of Optic-Blu's so Optic-Blu is definitely overpriced and next time I'll first check Takealot and recommend Takealot to others first as well.

I would have understood if the Optic-Blu glasses were of better quality but they are exactly the same.

Still think they're great and my son loves them!

the glasses i ordered were slightly damaged during delivery and as a result they sat skew on my face. I emailed optic blu about this and they replied quickly and we’re very helpful. however, they didn’t send me a new pair because they told me the glasses i had were out of stock, which doesn’t make sense since on the website i could still order myself another pair. they did however offer to send me another more expensive pair as a result of my pair being out of stock. i however didn’t like this other pair, so i told them i’ll just keep my skew ones. they did however give some suggestions on how to fix my damaged ones. they were very helpful indeed and the glasses are super cute!
