They sent me glasses with the wrong prescription and blamed it on me. Their quality assurance is awful, customer service awful. I am now stuck with un usable glasses and out 50$. Dont waste your time or money using this place.

This store is a scam

This store is a scam. They made glasses that do not match my prescription and did not include the photochromic lenses I paid for. They refuse to issue a refund and do not follow their own terms and conditions. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE — YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.

Frame snapped whilst wearing

Frame snapped whilst wearing. Contacted OF who said they only warranty their glasses for 60 days. Take out about 30 days for delivery and you essentially only get about 1 month warranty. Not good enough. Quality very poor and so is after sales service. Avoid them at all cost

Multi-lens sports glasses - cheap and nasty frames

Ordered Noah multi-lens sports glasses with Rx insert for skiing and cycling, which arrived relatively quickly. The Rx inserts worked pretty well and improved my distance vision. However, the frame broke the first time I tried to change a lens. OF reponded quickly and sent a new set of glasses, without the Rx insert (which was fine). These frames lasted a bit longer but broke in virtually the same place. This time they offered a 35% then 40% discount on new glasses. This would be throwing good money after bad and I gave up. Cheap and nasty frame materials - do not waste your $$$.

Worse Experience

They completely don’t understand the U.S. eyeglass prescription. When I put the glasses on, the distance between me and the ground feels like it’s cut in half.

COMPLETE NIGHTMARE

This company is a complete nightmare — DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed an order on February 11, 2026, and over a month later, I still haven’t received my glasses. Anyone saying their shipping is fast is lying. Here’s why this company is absolutely terrible:

1. Phone support is a joke
The listed phone number doesn’t work. They force you to use a chat box or email support — and responses take forever. You can’t actually talk to a human to solve problems.

2. Ridiculous delays
A simple glasses order shouldn’t take a month. This delay is unacceptable.

3. Lies and confusing updates
I was emailed that my glasses shipped — but no tracking. When I asked, they admitted the glasses had a “quality issue” and had to be remade. No accountability, no honesty.

4. Out-of-stock nonsense and refund refusal
Then I’m told my frames are out of stock. I request a cancellation and a refund — and they stonewall me. Multiple denials, endless back-and-forth. Then suddenly the frames are “back in stock” and my order ships. Completely ridiculous.

5. Misleading shipping info
They claim to be U.S. and Asia-based, yet everything ships from China. If they were truly U.S.-based, orders wouldn’t take a month to arrive.

Bottom line: This company is garbage. Customer support is nonexistent, shipping is absurdly slow, and refunds are impossible. Pay more somewhere else and actually talk to a real person.

I would give them ZERO stars, but I had to pick one. This company does not deserve your money. Never again

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. Ordered some wraparound sunglasses for motorcycling. They arrived quickly enough, but the prescription lenses are laughably distorted to the point of being completely unusable. In response to my request for a refund, they've sent me emails asking me for my prescription again (implying that I sent the wrong one), and repeatedly asked if I've "worn curved glasses before?" saying that I should "adapt" to them. I've worn glasses for 47 years, including some curved sunglasses... these are 100% garbage and incorrectly made. I highly doubt I'll get my money back, so all I can do is warn others to avoid this scammy, useless company and order your glasses elsewhere.

Don’t fall for the slick marketing—it’s smoke and mirrors. Optical Factor products ship from China, something they conveniently fail to make clear. Poor Quality. Poor customer service. The return policy is practically a joke. If anything goes wrong, you’re expected to pay expensive international shipping to send it back to China, with no guarantee of a refund. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. Buyer beware.

Terrible

Terrible. Lens warped. And the frames are wayyyy too cheap. They feel like they break any second. Also when I received it, it was in a weird box with the name saying is was from Randy from California (??????). Opened the box and my glasses were just thrown in there. No tools, no receipt, nothing. I am an avid online frame buyer.

Ordered classes and it to three weeks…

Ordered glasses and it to three weeks to get them! I wore for a week and they were blurry both for distance and reading! When I inquired about my shipment they told me they didn’t do online orders with me knowing that wasn’t true! Now I have to get a refund and not very confident that’s going to go smoothly! This company is a joke! Don’t purchase glasses from Optical Factor!!!

Poor quality fakes

Purchased wrap around sports glasses with prescription insert. Insert sits so close to the face they are unusable, the curve distorts the prescription.

Frame of the sunglass lens broke after 2 uses and then disintergrated in multiple place. Did the research I should have done before purchasing and realised these were very low quality fakes. Have reached out to Optical Factor who have no interest in rectifying the sitution and have just offered me a standard discount on a another purchase - as if I would ever buy from them again.

Buyer beware: you get what you pay for

Warning: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IF YOUR GLASSES ARE MADE INCORRECTLY, THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK TO CHINA OR OFFER YOU A DISCOUNT ON ANOTHER PAIR.
THESE GLASSES ARE CHEAPLY MADE, FROM POOR MATERIALS. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
They will play games and ask you the same questions over and over instead of offering a resolution. This business is unethical and immoral.

Cheap garbage

Nice looking when received but the lifespan is three months, with normal usage and proper care.
Their warranty changes all the time: they don’t respect their warranty and make you pay transport from China when it is defective. I bought 4 pairs and same story for all of them. Not giving them a chance anymore. Material is really cheap. Stay away.
