Poster with pictures
The poster looks very good. The pictures that I select are in good quality. It's way cheaper than a frame with some pictures in it and the result is pretty nice. I'm fully satisfied of what I bought.

It’s my first time placing an order at Optimalprint and I’m really happy with the service. The print was good quality and they had plenty of design choices. I ordered name cards for our wedding dinner and it was really easy to personalise the cards with names. Delivery was fast. Overall really happy with my experience and I definitely recommend them!

I ordered a poster which turned out…
I ordered a poster which turned out different than what I had expected and therefor useless for the purpose for which I had bought it. I contacted Optimalprint about this, wondering if I could return it. Instead they offered me to select another poster from their collection for free! Then they asked if there was anything else they could help me with and I couldn't help telling them that the delivery of the poster had not been as it should have been, but that this is just a very common issue with DHL in our area. In response to this news they offered to send the next poster free of charge with DHL express! A bit of an overkill for just a poster, but I am very curious if DHL will now manage to deliver the poster to my doorstep as they are supposed to... Still waiting, it has almost been 3 days now...

Good and fast printwork
Good and fast printwork. Price was very attractive.
The ordered envelopes were not delivered, however this was corrected upon my first reclamation.
The site for customer support is somewhat confusing as the issues are handled via standard FAQ's. The site on how to contact the customer support on my specific issue was not easy to find.
Overall I am very pleased with the price/ quality.
