They are good in design option
They are good in design option, delivery , but unfortunately they do not have quality to check the product before packing.
If you make any small mistake in written or design size, no one there to watch it control it, other websites they provide this notification service in case of mistake in design or in order.

Slow as if they manually paint items
Not only this company is expensive (for Sweden based clients) but it's also extremely slow in printing and delivering. The website is also very slow and I had to Google to find their customer support. If you need something delivered quickly, use a real local agency, worth the money. Delivery is also insanely pricey. Never ever again.

Card wasn’t printed as in app, photo wasn’t zoomed at all. Contacted optimalprint and had a reply within 24h allowing me new copies. Great! Unfortunately, they didn’t succeed to print these according to edit on app either...

I ordered printed pictures for wall…
I ordered printed pictures for wall decorations together with suitable frames (order number 19876488). The printed pictures I received are blurry with very low quality hence nothing you want to have as wall decorations. I was very disappointed with the end result of my order and since the framed pictures were supposed to be christmas gifts this makes things even worse. I read Optimalprints terms and conditions and since my pictures are considered as ”customer content” I fear that I will not be able to reclaim them.
