From beginning it was 6 or 7 persons dealing with my case, sending the same fails few time, explaining what was happened for every person involved. not clear process, just last person make a clear explain and was to late and receive absolutely minimum compensation.
Not recommend for anyone

This is the second time I dealt with this firm after my purchase fell through the first time. More recently my case handler was Vicky Sumner, she was very professional throughout. The convencing process was smooth, she was very attentive to details often spotting things and raising queries with the sellers solicitors. Vicky was always available to answer any questions often replying to my emails within minutes. I have never felt frustrated and she made the whole process seem really easy. Both your lead solicitor Natalie McGuiness and her assistant Nafeesa Javed proved themselves to be always accessible on the telephone, when they generally resolved any issues in a professional and friendly manner.
My only issue was the pestering for information and personal details on the automated website which seemed to have a will of its own, still requiring i.d. proof even after the whole purchase had been completed!

Accident was over 1 year ago. There is 3 claim for 3 people from this accident. One person got check on the way with claim and second person is far in the forest. Advisors was changed plenty times, and didn't pass over the correct informations. Until today no-one requests even report from the dentist. And no-one can explain why it didn't happen, as well no-one can explain why this case not moving forward. All i hear is "this is strange ". The third person is a child and case is nearly getting till the end.

The service is very good and the best thing is that it is possible to contact in different languages, not only English

Amazing conveyancing for our recent house move. Someone always answers your questions in a quick manner. When the lead caseworker is off someone else answers, deals with any enquiries and showed good knowledge of the case. Phone calls are always answered or returned quickly.
