What a fantastic service. I spoke to Mel and within 24 hours my old dryer was taken away and the new one delivered.
5star service and an amazing product - the tumble dryer if super duper after having the bush for 18 months and it not doing it’s job, the Bloomberg delivers ! It drys super quick time loads of programmes to choose from And very quirky with a light inside to find those pesky socks that most washing machines and tumbler dryers eat!

I live abroad and I recently bought two fridge freezers. Optimum staff were so helpful and kept us updated re delivery. The delivery men were also excellent they contacted by us half and hour before delivery to confirm someone was at the house to received the delivery. I thoroughly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the time and trouble Optimum took to replace my broken integrated fridge freezer. As the housing doors are warped, the installer took a lot of time and trouble satisfying himself that they were properly sealed and no air could get in.
The price was reasonable, the timekeeping was as promised and the chap who installed it and his apprentice were very polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.

The engineers who delivered and plumbed the washing machine in also first class.

Optimum were really fantastic recently when my old dishwasher broke down. I called them and by the afternoon of the following day I had a new one installed. The men that delivered the machine were excellent - polite and efficient. The lady on the phone was lovely explaining my choices and ensuring I had the machine I wanted.
