My only objection is the exorbidant shipping costs for the two lightweight items I ordered totalling $36. The shipping was $15 and your policy of determining shipping costs on the total price of the order will discourage many people from ordering items that happen to be less expensive. It ultimately raises the price point of the item itself to be non-competitive with other vendors.

And on top of it all, the shipping is just regular UPS ground, rather than a more expedited two or three day. Not a great value.

I first called the toll-free number and received excellent advice. I then went to the online page for easy ordering.

7/12/201 @ 10:40am Hawaii Time. Called to find status on order and very disappointed to not be able to expedite my order.

I ordered a wrist brace and received an email about "calculating the cost of shipment." I have heard nothing since then. This started one week ago. How do I find out the status of my order?

After receiving my confirmation email to download my ebook, it is unable to be downloaded even though I have the Adobe version of the required download. What a hassle. I'll change my rating when customer service responds to my email for help I sent today.

I had to order twice because my first order was never shipped and was canceled afterwards, after 3 weeks of waiting. I was told that if I still wanted the item in question, I would have to place an order again via the site.
The whole, with several exchanges with the customer service.
Fortunately for you, you are the only retailer to have the product I want to get.

This order took a very long time to ship. Placed on 4/6/17. Called on 4/7/17 to have it shipped via Priority Mail. On 4/10/17 received an email asking me to choose shipping method and another email informing that the package was being shipped but no tracking number was available with Priority Mail. We share the same postal system and tracking numbers are always available with this service (USPS). Somebody is dropping the ball with this, a real shame - good products - bad customer service.

It was easy to order, but when I received it, I could see they sent me the wrong size. I sent it back today(3-20-17) in hopes you will send me the size I need.

I will not likely order from this company again, $48.95 for a $370.00 order is absurd. If I didn't already have a customer promised an item I wouldn't have ordered at all.

I understood from the sales sheet that I had been quoted the full and final cost. Now I have received an aggressive email quoting 3 times as much as the product to ship it. This is absolutely appalling.

So far my experience is very bad. I have been referred to a non-existent local supplier (Israel) instead of receiving my order from OPTP.
