Orange Genie is 3rd Umbrella Company I used over the last year, due to changing contracts. I found their platform somewhat lacking compared to the others however basic information and benefits were easily found. Being able to request holiday pay and P45 on the site is not available. If I was scoring Orange Genie purely on this, I would have scored 3. However the customer service delivery I received from Jonny P, was outstanding and stood out over all other providers. For my interaction with Jonny I would recommend Orange Genie to anyone.
