Just got our sign and was totally impressed with how it turned out!! If you need a sign for your business these are the people to go to!! Excellent job!!

I ordered two signs one for outdoor one for inside very expensive for the sign. They sent me both in one package and did not tell me which one is for outdoor and which one is for outdoor. I cannot find out.

The communication was super. The turn around time was so fast and the sign I had made was better than expected. It is grrrrrrreat. Can’t wait to see the look on my son’s face.

My sign was really easy to order and packaged safely and shipped quickly. It looks great in my auditorium and people love how it looks. I will be ordering from Orant Neon again!

Received my sign yesterday. Looks FANTASTIC! What a great special gift to give my Bride. The customization process went as smooth as could be. The mini version of the sign was an added bonus. Will be sure to tell my friends what a wonderful company to deal with.

I keep seeing ads on social media about Orant. I had been wanting an outdoor neon sigh for my business so I contacted them and provided a pic of my logo. Their team responded promptly and sent me some sample designs. I picked one of the three choices and they got right to work on it. When it arrived we were blown away as the pictures did not do any justice to the real thing. We hung the next morning and since that day many thumbs up’s and compliments from our customers. We will order a second sign soon for our business….thanks Orant Neon..

I ordered 2 Neon signs that were 30 inch each for my business and my sons business. I had a rush on my order due to wanting to give my son his for his birthday present......I received both neon signs in perfect condition. I was originally put off by the cost of the sign since I wasn't really wanting to spend what I was originally quoted. But the Orant Rep listened and worked with me to find a common ground between design and cost. Between the service and the quality of the product I received, I couldn't be happier! It is obvious effort and attention to detail went in to making my Spurs lighted sign something I am proud to show off in my Game Room! Well done guys!!

Unfortunately i had a huge nasty scratch on my sign fresh out of the plastic wrap it came in. But the sign works great. And looks amazing.

They work with me and make my logo look great like how i expected good work.

They claim in their name its neon and only in the fine print does it tell you it's LED If I were looking for a modern look it would be fine. And NO I did not do my due diligence and read the entire web site (that's on me). As for customer They were not any help.

Sign is not backlit as it looks in the picture. If you attempt to add a backlight, the cord that is running down the middle in the back shows through the light. Disappointing.

Orant did a great job converting our graphic to neon. They answered all my questions and were friendly and timely in doing so. Lastly, the product was affordable and exceeded our expectations.

The customer service was outstanding. They stayed in contact with me until I received my sign. The sign was done perfectly. They contacted me after I received my sign to make sure everything was to my expectations and it was working properly and not damaged. I give 5 stars. Excellent product.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. I am a single mother starting a business and ordered my business sign via this company. The mock up I was sent looked nothing like original and my sign was broken and did not light up. You could not even read my business name it was translucent. I begged for a refund and they bait and switched me to send more money to get my business name lit up. They stated no refunds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am mortified. I have no sign and spent a lot of money.
