Our experience was great with Orbis from the time we arrived at Lisbon to our final departure from Porto. All transfers are easy and 5 star service. Choice of hotels were excellent, 5 star with Bessa Hotel. Special mention to all agents at Orbis specially to Ella Taylor for making our departure smooth. I will use Orbis again. Thank you.

We worked with Simon; he was very attentive; he listened to what we wanted; put together a trip to Bali for us with all the places we missed on our first visit to Bali. We had to change a few details and he got right onto that. The whole process from initial contact to eveything being booked was only hours and saved us days of planning and looking into eveything. I saw this holiday advertsied on TravelZoo but it said it has sold out. I took a chance and called them, a very nice lady by the name of Mia was very helpful and found me dates within the dates requested. Initially the return date was too late but she found an alternative taking off and landing at much more reasonable times. I had a few queries following the booking which were all dealt with extremely quickly and helpfully by Alwin Finch. Would recommend been very pleased with the service received.

I have now booked a holiday via Orbis Travel twice and both times have been excellent. The customer service on both occasions was first class - both pre and during the holiday itself. The staff were concerned to meet my requirements and expectations and did a really good job in matching them. I thoroughly recommend the agency : if what they are offering initially is not what you require, they will help find an alternative destination for you.

Ella was great! earlier we had worked with another staff member but he left the company and Ela picked from there & she managed our unfinished worked perfectly and made sure we received all the information & vouchers on time. Recently has a trip to Portugal and I was impressed how well coordinated they are, my train trip, transportations , nice hotels chosen ; you don’t feel alone because there is always someone there you can text and answers promptly .
