I recently had issues with my shower unit, bath taps and overflow pipe and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

The team was incredibly professional, arriving on time or letting me know ahead of time if there were any delays. They quickly diagnosed the problems and explained the repairs needing to be done in a way that was easy to understand. Their expertise was evident as they efficiently fixed everything, making sure that it was working perfectly before they left and ensuring my bathroom was left clean and tidy. Thank you for a job well done guys!

Great service

I have previously left a positive review for Orca and I believe in giving credit where credit is due. My son was in need or their services for his combi boiler. Gary from Orca messaged us to tell us of his imminent arrival and very swiftly located the problem, replaced faulty part and then checked that system was up and running again. Pleasant and knowledgeable and fairly priced I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Orca Plumbing and Heating.

Just had a guy called Gavin round to fix my boiler. He was friendly yet professional. Didn’t leave any mess, and he didn’t hang about. He finished up and left. Thank you orca plumbing for a job well done.

The ORCA guys were at a neighbours: on the off chance I asked if they could look at my kitchen mixer tap that wasn't working properly. From one of their young team members coming to look, a phone call from their office, and two guys coming to fix the tap was completed in less than four hours. Excellent quality of service and customer service. Very happy to highly recommend ORCA Plumbing and Heating.

Tony of Orca Plumbing and Heating has been our go to guy for a number of years and has always provided a great service.
On this occasion he sent Gavin and Callum to sort out a cistern issue I was unable to fix.
These guys are polite, punctual and knowledgeable and a great asset to Orca Heating and Plumbing.

I called Orca to service my leaking unvented cylinder. They first talked me through a few DIY servicing elements to stop the running pressure release; once these tasks failed to resolve the issue, they booked an appointment and fixed the leak on the first visit.

ORCA plumbing & heating: never used them before, very polite helpful office staff, booked a call out for me within 2 days. Gavin & Callum attended today, really friendly, located the problem, went and bought the parts and fixed all 3 jobs there & then, no need to come back. Fantastic 10/10

We’ve used orca for a while now and they are always efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a brilliant service from the first contact by phone to the engineers who visit to fix the problem.

Very please with the overall service, friendliness and quality of work. I would highly recommend.

Used this company to fix a faulty flush valve. After they left I noticed water was overflowing in toilet. They returned 3 days later and said there was now a faulty fill valve, this had not been an issue prior to their attendance. They charged me for this part. When I queried this they claimed it was unfortunate that I had 2 problems in such a short time and they were not at fault. Not convinced,won't be using again.
